I was already talking about this game during the week, and I think it's complex enough to leave me with some brilliant moments, especially with its combat system. So, let's talk a little about Undertale and why I'm having a pretty good time replaying this game and going through all its endings.
As it turns out, Undertale is a video game quite beloved by gamers, although to be honest, I had never played it until a couple of years ago when I downloaded it and only played the first section and got bored. It took a few more months until I played it again and gave it a serious chance, and I loved the whole concept behind it and its characters.
Since then, I've been fixated on this game, its characters, its lore, and above all, its music, which I think, and I've said this many times, is one of the best soundtracks anyone has ever made for a video game. Just a couple of minutes of listening to it is enough to realize that it is. so
But anyway, I'm currently trying to make a peaceful route, which is, to put it mildly, one of the hardest ways to play this game. Basically, we have to use one of the Mechanics such as "forgiving" each of the battles the game gives us can be tricky because not all monsters work the same way, and you have to do a lot of trial and error to see what works until you find the right click.
Forgiving monsters is just one of the many requirements for achieving this final, peaceful ending. But for now, we're going to focus on how complicated the fights become if we decide to take this route. This is mainly due to the fact that we won't have any upgrades, either in attack (which we never use), armor, or defense.
By In each fight, any hit the enemy gives us can be lethal, and the game becomes more of a simulator of how fast you can move while dodging all attacks. It's basically a no-hit run, but at this point, we have some items to support us and prevent us from dying so quickly all the time.
One of the most complex fights in the entire game is against Metatton, a robot that blocks our way to Asgore's Castle and which we will have to defeat to continue. But as you can see in the images, some of its attacks are quite complex, and it has been difficult for me. It's a barbarity to do what you see.
I'm not saying it's the most complicated battle of all, because it isn't, but it is the one in which I feel most comfortable dodging attacks. In each new battle against a boss, some special mechanic is introduced that we will have to learn and master along the way to defeat them.
So there's also some credit in learning that new mechanic and using it to fight this fight with barely any hits. Oh, of course, we'll just have to talk to the one who's annihilating us until they come to their senses and stop attacking us, and we can advance, which is quite complex. And at one point, I even thought it was impossible.
But here's the post with some images so you can see it for yourselves. I'd like to take this opportunity to recommend this great game that I've been playing all week. You can get it for pretty cheap. It's also one of the best video games ever made, so it never hurts to play it and dedicate a couple of hours to it, which is how long it takes to complete.

Ya estaba hablando de este juego durante la semana y creo que es lo bastante complejo para dejarme algunos momentos brillantes en especial con su sistema de lucha así que vamos a hablar un poquito de undertale y de Por qué la estoy pasando bastante bien rejugando este juego y pasando por todos sus finales
Resulta qué undertale él es un videojuego bastante querido por los jugadores aunque para ser sincero nunca lo había jugado hasta hace un par de años cuando me lo descargué y jugué solo la primera sección y me aburrí, pasaron algunos meses más hasta que lo volví a jugar y le dio una oportunidad seria y me encantó todo el concepto detrás y sus personajes
Desde entonces tengo una fijación por este juego, por sus personajes, por su lore Y sobre todo por su música que me parece y ya lo he dicho bastantes veces uno de los mejores soundtracks que ha hecho nadie en el videojuego, basta con un par de minutos escuchándolo para darse cuenta que es así
Pero en fin, estoy justo ahora tratando de hacer una ruta pacífica que es por decirlo de alguna forma una de las maneras más difíciles de jugar este juego, en resumen tenemos que usar una de las mecánicas que es la acción de “perdonar” cada una de las batallas que nos da el juego, algo que puede ser complejo porque no todos los monstruos funcionan de la misma forma y hay que estar haciendo prueba y error para ver que funciona hasta dar con el clic indicado
Perdonar a los monstruos es solo uno de las muchos requerimientos para sacar este final definitivo Pacífico, pero por el momento nos vamos a enfocar en lo complicado que se vuelven las peleas si decidimos tomar esta ruta, por muchos motivos principalmente porque no tendremos ninguna mejora, ni en el ataque (el cual no usamos en ningún momento), ni en la armadura ni en las defensas
Por lo que en cada pelea cualquier hit que nos dé el enemigo puede ser letal para nosotros y el juego se convierte más bien en un simulador de qué tan rápido puedes moverte esquivando todos los ataques, es básicamente hacer un no hit run solo que en este punto tenemos algunos ítems para hacernos soporte y que no muramos tan rápido todo el tiempo
Una de las peleas más complejas de todo el juego es contra metatton, un robot que nos bloquea el paso hacia el castillo de asgore y el cual tendremos que batir para seguir continuando, pero como podrán ver en las imágenes algunos de sus ataques son bastante complejos y me ha costado una barbaridad hacer lo que ven
No digo que sea la batalla más complicada de todas porque no lo es pero sí es en la que mejor me veo esquivando los ataques, en cada nueva batalla contra algún jefe no se introducen alguna mecánica especial que tendremos que aprender y masterizar sobre el camino para derrotarlos
Por lo que también hay algo de crédito en aprenderse esa nueva mecánica y utilizarla para hacer esta pelea sin apenas golpes, ah claro que solo tendremos que hablar con el que nos está aniquilando hasta que entren razón y deje de atacarnos y podamos avanzar cosa que es bastante compleja Y hasta en algún momento pensaba que era imposible
Pero aquí les dejó el post con algunas imágenes para que lo puedan ver por ustedes mismos y aprovecho para recomendarles este genial juego que estoy jugando durante toda esta semana y que pueden conseguirlo bastante barato y además es uno de los mejores videojuegos jamás hechos así que nunca está de más jugárselo y dedicarle un par de horas que es lo que tardas en completarlo
