I'm sheltered after some turbulent days in my country and some days without publishing too, just some of those days where I only have energy to deal with what is happening around me and get home to take a nap but I will talk about that in another post
Today I am going to talk about the story of a lost fisherman who, in order to recover his normal life, decides to fish in unknown waters, apparently crowded with terrible creatures and also a threatening fog that appears at night to take away our sleep and turn us crazy
Don't be fooled by the apparent simplicity of Dredge's gameplay, because behind it hides depth and also some moments of originality and surprise every time I start a new session, because this game It's about fishing and improving your boat over time but it's also about how scary the ocean can be
As I said we arrive at an island with practically nothing and by pure chance they lend us a boat to go fishing every morning and sell the fish at the port, up to there everything is normal because every morning we go fishing and fill our inventory so that at night we return to the port to sell our fish and repeat the cycle the next day
But the interesting thing here is that in the first stages of the game we have a limited area to investigate and also a limited schedule for the whole morning and afternoon but for the night we have to run aground in some Port to rest if we don't want the fog to finish us off
Here time passes in a curious way, every time we do an action, whether it's fishing, sailing or interacting with other Islands It's just that minutes and hours will pass, of course each action has a different defined time But it's quite interesting how this game limits our actions until we start to improve our ship gradually
At the moment I only have the normal rod and I'm barely paying the first debt of the ship but I've ventured into the deep waters and I've even experienced the terror of being too long at night in the waters without any kind of light, we start to see ghost ships or also shadows of much larger creatures and I'm a bit of a coward when one of those images appears on the screen So I always try to keep the ports for the dusk
And apart from being boring, these are also very interesting because of all the variety of characters that are in them and the workshops that I usually find that allow me to make improvements to the pot or at least try to make them. Because I don't have much money yet, what has intrigued me most about this session is that we can not only run aground at the main dock but also on several of the islands that we have in sight or far away
There is a feeling that the world expands every time I set sail in the morning, a feeling of adventure that justifies Simply going to some pile of land to investigate an abandoned mansion and discovering that it is closed, I think that there is a mystery and immediately I go to ask the town and in that way I advance the story a little more
There's still a lot I don't see but this third session has opened my eyes a little more to how fun it can be to play a game where I have to fish and sell fish So I swear I'll be bringing more posts of this one, although I honestly don't know if I'll complete it like others that I'm a little more addicted to

Estoy resguardado después de alguna jornadas turbulentas en mi país y algunos días sin publicar también, solo algunos de esos días en donde solo tengo energía para lidiar con lo que está pasando a mi alrededor y llegar a mi casa a dormir una siesta pero de eso hablaré en otro post
Hoy les voy a hablar acerca de la historia de un pescador perdido que para recuperar su vida normal decide pescar en unas aguas desconocidas, Aparentemente atestadas de criaturas terribles y también de una neblina amenazante que aparece de noche para quitarnos el sueño y volvernos locos
Que no les engañe la aparente simpleza de la jugabilidad de Dredge, pues detrás de ella esconde profundidad y también algunos momentos de originalidad y sorpresa cada vez que inicio una nueva sesión, porque este juego va de pescar y de ir mejorando tu bote con el tiempo pero también va de lo atemorizante que puede ser el océano
Como dije llegamos a una isla sin prácticamente nada y por pura casualidad nos prestan un bote para salir a pescar todas las mañanas y vender el pescado en el puerto, hasta ahí todo normal porque cada mañana salimos a pescar y llenamos nuestro inventario para que en la noche volvamos al puerto a vender nuestro pescado y repetir el ciclo el día siguiente
Pero lo interesante acá es que en los primeros compases del juego tenemos un área limitada para investigar y también un horario limitado a toda la mañana y la tarde pero para la noche tenemos que encallar en algún Puerto a descansar si no queremos que la niebla acabé con nosotros
Aquí el tiempo pasa de manera curiosa, cada vez que hagamos una acción ya sea pescar, navegar o interactuar con otras Islas es que pasarán los minutos y las horas, por supuesto cada acción tiene un tiempo definido diferente Pero es bastante Interesante como este juego nos limita las acciones hasta que empecemos a mejorar nuestro barco paulatinamente
Por el momento solo tengo la caña normal y estoy pagando apenas la primera deuda del barco pero me he aventurado hacia las aguas profundas y hasta he experimentado el terror de estar demasiado tiempo de noche en las aguas sin ningún tipo de luz, empezamos a ver barcos fantasmas o también sombras de criaturas mucho más grandes y yo soy algo cobarde cuando alguna de esas imágenes aparece en pantalla Así que siempre procuro quedarme los puertos para el anochecer
Y fuera de ser aburridos Estos son también muy interesantes por toda la variedad de personajes que hay en ellos y los talleres que suelo encontrar permitiéndome sin hacerle mejoras al bote O al menos intentar hacerlas porque todavía no dispongo de demasiado dinero, lo que más me ha intrigado de esta sesión es que no solo podemos encallar en el muelle principal sino que también en varias de las Islas que tenemos a la vista o lejanas
Hay una sensación de que el mundo se expande cada vez que zarpo por la mañana, una sensación de aventura que justifica Sencillamente ir a algún montón de tierra para investigar una mansión abandonada y descubrir que está cerrada, pienso que hay un misterio y acto seguido voy a preguntar al pueblo y hago de esa forma avanzar la historia un poco más
Aún hay mucho que no veo pero esta tercera sesión me ha abierto los ojos un poco más a lo divertido que puede ser jugar un juego en donde tengo que pescar y vender pescado Así que júrenlo que voy a estar trayendo más Post de este aunque no sé sinceramente sí lo complete como otros a los que estoy un poco más viciado
