Well, today I completed the sequel, or at least what came out of it. It's been quite a journey finding a way to beat the last two bosses, but I think I've got the hang of it and have been able to fully understand the boss attacks. I'm talking about them because they're by far the most difficult thing in the game.
Few games have entertained me as much for as long as Hades, and now its sequel is only going to accentuate that obsession with this type of fast-paced and dynamic video games, where every decision can give you a different mix of abilities and possibilities.
From the beginning, these guardians at the end of each of the gates have been a nightmare for me in every way, from the path of the underworld to this new area where you have to climb to Olympus and defend your relatives there. I think this second path takes the prize for the hardest thing I've played of the two titles that have come out of Hades.
In my personal top, I have to put first the titan of predictions, the fire thief Prometheus, who is one of the most formidable adversaries of all because he can predict our movements to a certain extent and dodge them. Plus, it has different phases, each with its own dedicated set of attacks, which makes it more complex to understand and defeat.
It's the one that's giving me the most trouble right now, and it doesn't matter if I have the blessings. which I believe are the most powerful in the entire game, yet I fail most of the time when I try to dodge her attacks and counterattack. Most of the time her attacks don't follow a pattern, and that makes it more difficult to get ahead and attack.
Although a boss before is no slouch either, Eris has had to be one of the longest headaches in this game for me. I couldn't beat her and her attacks, which now that I think about it are some of the easiest to dodge in the entire game, but it still becomes complicated due to their size and the little space there is to dodge them.
But without a doubt the biggest The boss has to be the Typhon monster, which is so far the final boss of this part of the game and is perhaps the most complex of all because it has different phases and also does not have a health bar, but rather you have to keep hitting it until one of the gods of Olympus helps us to subdue it, and even then it seems that once we knock it down it goes back up to the mountains. The attacks of the father of all monsters can easily end our life in one hit, so having a couple of extra lives just in case helps defeat him, as well as some A blessing that makes us invulnerable for a few seconds while we attack him. We have to plan very carefully which powers we use to reach the final zone of the game, and we also have to have that bit of luck so that the blessings we want don't come out.
But this is by far the most complex in the entire game. I'm debating whether it's even harder to beat than Prometheus, the previous boss in Rise of Olympus, which so far has been the one that has given me the most defeats. It also has different phases, and each of its attacks are lethal and very fast.
However, if you're reading my blogs regularly, Or maybe it's just that I really like difficult games or those that pose a challenge that requires dedicating quite a few hours to overcome. I have some experience with Hades and I know more or less the controls and what various mechanics consist of, but even so, many of the bosses in this part of the game have tested my endurance, and I definitely think they are some of the most complex this studio has been able to develop.
In addition to being very varied, I think both the bosses and the stages where we pay have been some of the most picturesque Hades has released. Each one has its own unique system, which can take a while to figure out what it's all about.
Still, there are several points of interest that I think remain in each of these areas. For example, the blessings of the gods are more than available, and I think at this point we'll have the greatest number of powers we can add. There are also enough passageways and ways to approach each level to spend an eternity writing about them. That's it
I don't want to think about all the options there are in Hades 2, from the Arcana and amulets we can carry to the weapons we can choose and again the personalized paths each level has, which make the experience much more personalized and also define a bit of who we are as players.
If you just want to know the verdict after having played the game, know that it's pretty good despite being just an early access version that they're slowly updating. Pues hoy la secuela o al menos lo que ha salido de la secuela me la he completado, ha Sido todo un viaje encontrando la forma de pasar los dos últimos jefes finales pero creo que le he agarrado la vuelta y he podido entender a fondo los ataques de los jefes finales, y hablo de ellos porque es lo más difícil que tiene el juego con diferencia
Pocos juegos me han entretenido tanto por tanto tiempo como Hades, y ahora su secuela no va a hacer más que acentuar esa obsesión por este tipo de videojuegos rápidos y dinámicos, en donde cada decisión te puede dar una mezcla diferente de habilidades y posibilidades
Desde el comienzo estos guardianes al final de cada una de las puertas han Sido una pesadilla para mí en todo sentido, desde el camino del inframundo hasta esta nueva zona en donde tienes que escalar hacia el Olimpo y defender a tus familiares ahí, este segundo camino creo que se lleva el premio de lo más difícil que he jugado de los dos títulos que han salido de Hades
En mi top personal tengo que poner primero al titán de las predicciones, al ladrón del fuego Prometeo que es uno de los adversarios más formidables de todos debido a que puede predecir nuestros movimientos hasta cierto punto y esquivarlos, además de que tiene diferentes fases cada una con su set dedicado de ataques cosa que lo hace más complejo de entender y anular
Es el que más problemas me causa en este momento y no importa si tengo las bendiciones que creo son las más poderosas de todo el juego, aún así fallo la mayoría de las veces que quiero esquivar sus ataques y contraatacar, la mayoría del tiempo sus ataques no siguen un patrón y eso hace que sea más complejo adelantarse y atacar
Aunque un jefe antes no se queda atrás tampoco, Eris ha tenido que ser uno de los dolores de cabeza más prolongados de este juego para mí, no podía contra ella y sus ataques que ahora que lo pienso es son de los más sencillos de esquivar de todo el juego pero aún así se hace complicado debido a el tamaño de estos y el poco espacio que hay para esquivarlos
Pero sin duda el mayor jefe tiene que ser el monstruo tiffon que es hasta ahora el jefe final de esta parte del juego y es quizá el más complejo de todos debido a que tiene diferentes fases y que además no tiene una barra de salud sino que hay que estarle pegando hasta que alguno de los dioses del Olimpo nos ayude para someterlo, e incluso así parece que una vez lo derribamos vuelve a subir a las montañas del olimpo
Los ataques del padre de todos los monstruos pueden acabar con nuestra vida de un solo golpe fácilmente, por lo que tener un par de vidas extras por si acaso ayuda a vencerlo así como también alguna bendición que nos haga invulnerables por algunos segundos mientras lo atacamos, hay que planificar muy bien con cuáles poder llegamos a la zona final del juego y también hay que tener esa pizca de suerte para que no salga las bendiciones que queremos
Pero este es de lejos el más complejo de todo el juego, estoy debatiendo si es incluso más complicado de vencer que prometeo, el jefe anterior en la subida del Olimpo que hasta el momento ha sido el que más derrotas me ha dado además de que tiene diferentes fases también y cada uno de sus ataques son letales y muy rápidos
Sin embargo si están leyendo mis blogs seguido o no serán que a mí me gustan mucho los juegos difíciles o que proponen un reto que necesite dedicarle bastantes horas para poder superarlo, en Hades tengo algo de experiencia y sé más o menos los controles y en qué consiste en varias mecánicas pero aún así muchos de los jefes de esta parte del juego han probado mi resistencia y sin duda creo que son de los más complejos que este estudio ha podido desarrollar
Además de que son muy variados, tanto los jefes como los escenarios en los que pagamos creo que han sido de los más pintorescos que ha sacado Hades además de que cada uno de ellos tiene su propio sistema en el que podemos tardar un poco en descifrar de qué va todo
Aún así hay varios puntos de interés que creo que perduran en cada una de estas zonas, por ejemplo las bendiciones de los dioses están más que disponibles y creo que en este punto tendremos la mayor cantidad de poderes que podremos añadir y es que también hay suficientes pasadizos y formas de abordar cada nivel como para estar una eternidad escribiendo sobre eso
No quiero pensar en todas las alternativas que hay en Hades 2, desde los Arcanos y los amuletos que podemos llevar hasta las armas que podemos escoger y nuevamente los caminos personalizados que cada uno de los niveles tiene y que hace mucho más personalizada la experiencia y también define un poco cómo somos nosotros como jugador
Si solo quieren saber el veredicto después de haber pasado el juego, sepan que es bastante bueno a pesar de ser apenas un acceso anticipado del que están actualizando poco a poco, aún incluso sabiendo que ella parece estar los jefes finales ya definidos hay todavía nuevas actualizaciones en proceso y estoy seguro que seguirán actualizándolo hasta que salga el mercado definitivamente
