When night falls at home, I always have two options: either lie down and use the social media until I fall asleep, or make something to eat and spend part of the night playing video games that I have in my library. I must say that the second option doesn't always win, but when it does, I stay up almost all night playing some really great games like this one that I've already played. brought
Ninesols has become the game I return to almost daily, the one that has undoubtedly filled my afternoons this past week, although that doesn't mean I've been able to make any progress. Beyond my skill level, it's a game that's precisely difficult and complicated, whether due to its controls or the way enemies approach us. There's a lot to learn, as in other equally demanding titles, but I like that.
In addition to creating a rich world for us to explore and develop by extracting all the information we can from the lore, I think it has very well-thought-out gameplay. It's not something similar to other titles, but enough to remind me of some games. great
It's a Metroidvania, a full-fledged action platformer. I think what stands out the most is the combat system, where more than attacking, we have to wait for the enemy to attack. exact moment to be able to make a parry and finish off the enemies in a single move, something that can be equally exciting as tedious, I think there are moments for both, when you start I think it can become complex but once you understand the trick it becomes more and more Exciting
And we better learn the defense and attack patterns because even though we'll be able to escape most of the enemies we encounter along the way once Once we get to the final boss, we'll have to grit our teeth and learn all the patterns to necessarily parry them each time and be able to finish them off. It's not mandatory, but if you want to finish the fight and not take an hour, I suggest you learn it.
I think these fights are what's been most polished in the entire game. You fight nine final bosses, and in between, you have several sub-bosses. Otherwise, the game presents us with some platforming challenges, some pretty clever enemies, and some pretty well-done exploration as well.
I've completely fallen in love with its world and its characters. We're in an alternate land. where it seems that the human being is being controlled and manipulated in some way to collect energy, and we are in charge of infiltrating the system and ending everything from within, I know it is something much deeper but until now I have not understood much of the story other than that we have to hunt some bosses to be able to move forward
I realize that I may be giving some positive marks to a video game that is clearly replicating some of the strengths of other games that may have done it better, Hollow Knight for example. For example, I think it achieves a slightly better atmosphere, seeming interesting without a lot of exposition. For example, some other platformers have a slightly more sophisticated and even fun combat system than Ninesols.
But bear with me a little, I've already completed all those games, and now I'm short on options here. I can't lie that I don't know if this game will give me the same feeling, but at least I can try it while I search for more indie games.
This session was fun, better than the last one. I learned a little more about how to control the parry. I finally passed the prologue and reached what appears to be a safe zone that we'll be using throughout the adventure. It seems like it's in one of those super dangerous factories that we've already escaped from once. I'm not going to ask questions about the story yet because the lore and setting seem brutal to me.

Llegada la noche en mi casa siempre me quedo con dos opciones, o acostarme a usar las redes hasta quedarme dormido o armar algo de comer y pasar parte de la noche en una velada jugando videojuegos que tengo en mi libreria, debo decir que no siempre gana esta segunda opcion pero cuando lo hace me quedo casi toda la noche jugando unos verdaderos juegazos como este que ya he traido
Ninesols se ha convertido en el juego al que vuelvo casi a diario, el que sin duda ha colmado mis tardes esta ultima semana aunque no signifique que lo haya podido avanzar mas alla de mi habilidad, es un juego que es justamente dificil y complicado, ya sea por sus controles o por como los enemigos nos abordan, hay mucho que aprender como en otros titulos iguales de exigentes pero eso me gusta
Ademas de crear un mundo rico para que exploremos y nos demos vida sacando toda la informacion que podamos del lore creo que tiene una jugabilidad muy bien pensada, no algo que se le parezca a otros titulos, pero si lo suficiente para que me recuerde a algunos juegos geniales
Es un metroidvania, plataformas de accion en toda regla, creo que lo que mas destaco es el sistema de combate en donde mas que atacar tendremos que esperar el momento exacto para poder hacer un parry y acabar con los enemigos de una sola movida, algo que puede ser igual de emocionante como tedioso, yo pienso que hay momentos para ambos, cuando empiezas creo que se puede hacer complejo pero una vez entiendes el truco se va haciendo mas y mas emocionante
Y mas nos vale que nos aprendamos los patrones de defensa y ataque porque aunque podremos escaparnos de la mayoria de los enemigos que nos encontremos en el camino una vez lleguemos hasta el jefe final vamos a tener que apretar los dientes y aprendernos todos los patrones para obligadamente hacerles un parry cada vez y poder acabar con ellos, no es obligatorio pero si quieres terminar la pelea y no tardarte una hora te sugiero que lo aprendas
Estas peleas creo que es lo que mas han pulido de todo el juego, peleas contra 9 jefes finales y en el medio tienes a varios subjefes pero del resto el juego nos pone algunos retos de plataformas, algunos enemigos bastante ingeniosos y una exploracion bastante bien lograda tambien
Me he enamorado completamente de su mundo y de sus personajes, estamos en una tierra alternativa en donde parece que el ser humano esta siendo controlado y manipulado de alguna forma para recabar energia, y nosotros somos los encargados de infiltrarnos en el sistema y acabar con todo desde adentro, se que es algo mucho mas profundo pero hasta ahora no me he enterado demasiado de la historia mas que tenemos que cazar a algunos jefes para poder avanzar
Soy consciente de que quiza le estoy dando algunas notas positivas a un videojuegoq ue claramente esta replicando algunos de los puntos fuertes de otros juegos que quiza lo hayan hecho algo mejor, Hollow Knight por ejemplo creo que logra un poco mejor la ambientacion pareciendo interesante sin grandes muestras de exposicion, o por ejemplo algunos otros plataformas tienen un sistema de combate un poco mas sofisticado y hasta divertido que Ninesols
Pero tengan un poco de compasion conmigo, todos esos juegos ya los complete y ahora estoy falto de opciones aqui, no puedo mentir en que no se si este juego me vaya a traer las mismas sensaciones pero al menos puede tratar mientras busco por mas indies
Esta sesion estuvo divertida, mejor que la anterior, he aprendido un poco mejor a como controlar el parry, pase por fin el prologo y llegue hasta lo que parece ser una safe zone que vamos usar durante toda la aventura, aunque parece que esta en una de estas fabricas super peligrosas de la cual ya hemos escapado una vez, no voy a hacer preguntas sobre la historia aun porque el lore y la ambientacion me parecen brutales
