It's my pleasure to show you the new game on HIVE, CrownrenD! I signed up for the game in the first hours after the official launch and to be honest, I didn't hesitate to jump into it because of numerous reasons...
The first reason was that I like IDLE games and CrownrenD is one of those... My favorite game on HIVE is Rising Star, which is an idle game... But, if we want to compare CrownrenD with other games, I would say that it is something between Terracore and GolemOverlord... It is a bit more complex than Terracore, and less overwhelming than GolemOverlord... But, the game is still in a very early phase, rebalancing is still happening, and many things could change in the future!
The second reason for joining the game is that the game developers are well-known, reputable Hivians... One of the main developers is @deathwing, who is a Top 20 Hive witness, and the other guy behind the wheel is @mrtats, a hard-core RPG gamer! š A very nice, promising combo!
Now, let's talk about the game... As I already said, it is an idle game, which means that you don't have to spend hours and hours behind the keyboard playing it, but occasionally, you will do a couple of clicks during the day... On the other side, the game requires a bit of thinking, creating a personal strategy, and creating priorities, so you will still have to "do the work"... š
When you create an account, you will have to pay $10 (in HIVE!) to play the game... This has its pros and cons, but it's not something that will break the bank... It should discourage people from botting and milking the game for rewards... While it is not stated that botting is prohibited, developers will work on NOT incentivizing that route... The point of the game is to have fun and compete with other Hivians!
As there is a video in which I have explained most of the basics of the game, I will leave you to watch it and make your conclusion if this game is for you, or not... What I know for sure is that I'm hooked to it, and I will try to rank as high as possible in the game...
