Results: A Pile of PIZZA, NFTs, Finals Draw Closer
This week the grand champion of the tournament was @eniolw who won 50 PIZZA and an NFT (pictured below, created by @tygertyger) that doubles as entry into the final round. After performing well in the previous tournament weeks ago it is no grand surprise that @eniolw took 1rst place in the 2nd chess tournament. As the owner of the snazzy NFT graciously crafted by @tygertyger for this first tournament series, @eniolw and any other tournament winner is entitled to entry into the final round for the grand prize and a copy of the "Fall of a Grandmaster NFT" which is a one of kind NFT awarded to the final winner (along with a pile of PIZZA). @eniolw @tony1294 and @vjap55 have been sent their prizes. And a special thanks to @dibbler.dabs for contributing 30 PIZZA to the prize pool this week. Everyone else didn't win any PIZZA, but had an enjoyable hour of chess, always a victory. The match located here displays a strong understanding of the game from both parties. All chains have purpose and multifaceted potential outcomes to allow for prediction and counter prediction. @eniolw actually ended up surrendering to third place winner @tony1294. This was the only game to keep @eniolw from being undefeated in this tournament against other high level chess opponents. However, the whole tournament is worth reviewing and displays some good plays from the participants and entertaining games to watch regardless of outcome. If you wish to check it out click here
