Tournament Fight Highlight
Of of my personal favorite matches in this tournament, my favorite is actually one that didn't conclude in "checkmate" and @rosmarly decided that against @eniolw it would be wise to resign to rack up some quick wins against other opponents as @eniolw had a time disadvantage overall. I suspect that despite this match not being strictly a lose or a win for either side in pieces etc. it was abandoned to get as many matches as possible in the remaining tournament time. A tactical decision, the game had many moves left to be played (likely too many and too much time). This could also be intentional stalling from @eniolw who valued the streak over time in this moment. Both of these players performed very well and I recommend you watch ALL of their games here
Call to Champions: Scheduling a time
Greetings champions (and NFT bearers) @vjap55 @eniolw @rosmarly and @samostically What time would you like the final tournament? Prizes include: a steam key for Regicide (A chess game with piece animations and a "X-Com-esque" hybrid mode if desired, Includes campaigns and multiplayer. 20 dollar value). 100 PIZZA tokens, and the Grandmaster NFT created by @tygertyger (pictured below). What time is best for all of you to be present? Which is the preferred format for tournament? Unlimited, timed blitz? It's up to you. As there are only 4 of you, this tournament will be in the format and at the time of YOUR choice. Please comment your time/day of week/format preference below (I will comment the response from the other candidates for you on your comment when I send you your slice of PIZZA). Once a time is arranged that works with all candidates, then the tournament will happen shortly thereafter after an announcement . It will be the Grandmaster Showdown for the final round of prizes.

This week any PIZZA or chess related comment will be tipped a slice of pizza (if commented before the payout of this post). Recently this week staking rewards were announced to be going live tomorrow. So your pizza winnings can be staked for upcoming goodies, to tip with the !PIZZA command OR you can use it for Steam games at hive.pizza (down for updates but will be up after actualization).
