Demolition is a fan-favorite game mode that has made appearances in Call of Duty games for several years now. Sometimes the mode isn't available at launch, but eventually, it is released as a limited-time game mode. In Cold War, the game mode didn't arrive until Season 5.

Demolition is a multiplayer game mode featured in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, Call of Duty: Black Ops, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, Call of Duty: Black Ops II, Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare and Call of Duty Online. It was also available during a Weekend Warfare in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare Remastered and available in Call of Duty: WWII during The Resistance event.
