Let the boss battle begin 🕸🕷🦾💥🔫

I knew that this moment would come eventually, but it is a bittersweet feeling. After spending 40+ hours with Spider-Man Remastered on PS5, I'm at the end of it all. The final mission of the DLC was filled with action and finishes in a dramatic fashion.

It turns out that Silver Sable has an invisible base out in the middle of the Hudson River. It is insane how advanced all of her Sable tech is. She has weaponry, cloaking capabilities, hovering aircraft, battle armor, and more. You would think somebody like that could keep the likes of Hammerhead from obtaining her fancy equipment, but Silver Sable let her guard down.

Hammerhead is in his most powerful form during the final battle. His armor has been upgraded to the max and turns him into a walking robot with nearly impenetrable defenses. Luckily, Spider-Man and Silver Sable are both highly intelligent and figure out that Hammerhead's carbon steel plate implanted into his skull has a weakness. High temperatures could melt through the steel.

Silver Sable and Spider-Man work together to install a new high-powred laser on her aircraft. The new weapon combined with Spider-Man's ability to keep Hammerhead busy on the ground of the floating Sable base gives these two a fighting chance at defeating this villain.

The finale for the DLC is insane! You do not want to miss this epic battle. I can't believe that I am finally finished with the story in this amazing video game. All that is left for me to do after this fight is clean up a few more side activities.
