Better than I expected 👍

I wasn't sure that I was going to be a fan of Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart, but after my first hour with the game, it just kept getting better and better. The best way for me to describe this game is like an open-world platforming RPG such as Super Mario Odyssey. Except you can expect way more cool weapons, characters that are well-voiced and have personality, and some very colorful worlds of course too. This game gives a Mario game some serious competition.

Rift Apart is extremely well-paced. I have been feeling like I've discovered something new and interesting pretty much non-stop. Whether it be a new weapon, upgrade, location, character, or something else. I just really like how this game plays.

I haven't been overwhelmed with side content in this open world, they feel like they are a perfect size, and all of the extra stuff kind of just happens on its own. The best part by far is the variety in weapons. I still haven't even unlocked all of them, but I have a dozen or so already. I cannot wait to see what the game allows me to wield and destroy enemies with next.

In this video, I will explain how my thoughts on this game have evolved since I first started playing. I really only have great things to say about Rift Apart. I expect to be 100% complete and earn the platinum trophy for this one very soon.

Stay on the lookout for my final verdict and a photo mode dump post coming very soon. I don't see myself quitting this game until I have completed every single thing that it offers. I can certainly say that all of the positive reviews and hype surrounding this game were deserved.
