Hi there. This post is a mega post (sort of). Mega Camerupt ex and Mega Kangaskhan ex are featured here.
These Mega Pokemon ex give up 3 Prize cards out of 6 when they are Knocked out. A prize card is like 1 point in Pokemon TCG Pocket.
Mega Camerupt ex
Mega Camerupt ex is the evolved form of Numel. (Numel card information not known.)
This Stage 1 Mega Pokemon ex has 340 HP, 4 retreat cost and Water weakness. Water Pokemon are not really popular in the competitive metagame so using Fire types like this one is not too risky.
The Volcano Meteor second attack is costly to deal 280 damage and discarding 2 Energy from this Pokemon.
Roasting Heat requires one Fire Energy to deal 80 base damage. This attack does 160 more damage if the opponent's Active Pokemon is Burned. How do you get the Burn condition? There are 2 options. These two are Volcanion with Latias ex before attacking and this Volcarona.

I see playability potential with this Mega Camerupt ex. My concern is the risk involved putting these 3 Prize Pokemon in play. Raging Bolt ex and Gholdengo one hit knockout attacks are still popular.

Mega Kangaskhan ex

Here is Mega Kangaskhan ex. This is a Basic Mega Pokemon ex. This has a whopping 300 HP, 3 retreat cost and Fighting weakness.
The Run Errand ability is very similar to Gholdengo ex's Coin Bonus ability (see above). You may choose to use this ability if Mega Kangaskhan ex is in the Active Spot. Draw 2 cards. One 1 Run Errand ability can be used each turn. No multiple draws from more than 1 Mega Kangaskhan ex.
Using this with Latias ex is an obvious powerful combo. When a different Pokemon is Knocked out, you bring up Mega Kangaskhan ex to the Active Spot to start, draw 2 cards and do your combos for a possible attack.

The Rapid Fire Combo attack is okay. For 3 Colourless Energy (any type), this attack does 200 base damage. You flip a coin until you get Tails. This attack does 50 more damage for each Heads. I have included a table for cases.
#Heads In A Row | Probability | Damage Output |
---|---|---|
1 | 50% or 1/2 | 250 |
2 | 25% or 1/4 | 300 |
3 | 12.5% or 1/8 | 350 |
4 | 6.25% or 1/16 | 400 |
Mega Kangaskhan ex has a special illustration rare card version. It is very colourful.

Other illustration rares have been revealed too. We have the Bulbasaur, Ivysaur, Mega Venusaur ex evolution line, Mega Lucario ex and Mega Gardevoir ex. These art cards are very colourful.
