Hi there. In this post I cover the Silvally and Rampardos deck in the Pokemon TCG Pocket game. I write this up before the Eevee set release.
Key Cards
Type: Null

Type: Null is a pretty good Basic Pokemon for the early game. For one Colourless Energy (any type) you deal 20 base damage plus 20 more damage if your coin flip is Heads.
Silvally

Silvally is the Stage 1 evolution of Type: Null. The Brave Buddies attack requires 2 Colourless Energy for 50 base damage. If you have played a Supporter this turn then the Brave Buddies attack does 50 more damage for a total of 100 damage.
Dealing 100 damage does one hit knockout a lot of weaker Basic Pokemon (non-Pokemon ex). One hundred damage is also good as a part of a two-hit knockout.
Gladion

Gladion is a Supporter card dedicated to searching for a random Type:Null or Silvally Pokemon card from deck to hand. This makes the Silvally deck setup faster than most decks.
Skull Fossil, Cranidos & Rampardos

Skull Fossil is needed to get Cranaidos. Then you need Cranidos for Rampardos.
You can also go from Skull Fossil and then use Rare Candy on the next turn to evolve right to Rampardos.
Rampardos's Head Smash is a very good attack. For one Fighting Energy you deal 130 damage. The drawback of dealing 50 damage to itself occurs if you get a Knockout from the attack.
Sample Decklist
Here is one sample decklist. I use the Deck Builder tool from the Limitless TCG website.
Decklist
Pokémon: 7
2 Type: Null A3a 60
2 Silvally A3a 61
1 Cranidos A2 88
2 Rampardos A2 89
Trainer: 13
2 Skull Fossil A2 144
2 Poké Ball P-A 5
2 Professor's Research P-A 7
1 X Speed P-A 2
1 Rare Candy A3 144
1 Giant Cape A2 147
1 Sabrina A1 225
1 Mars A2 155
1 Cyrus A2 150
1 Gladion A3a 67
For the supporters, I have the 2 standard Professor's Research, 1 Sabrina, 1 Mars, 1 Cyrus and 1 Gladion. I don't have 2 Gladions somehow so that second Gladion is a Mars. Mars is good in the late game for hand disruption.
Sabrina and Cyrus are my two gust options for targeting Benched Pokemon on the opponent's side.
For the Rampardos evolution line I am doing 2 Skull Fossil, 1 Cranidos, 1 Rare Candy and 2 Rampardos. You could skip the Cranidos and do 2 Rare Candy.
The energy type here is Fighting.
Basic Strategy
This deck is pretty much a beatstick deck. Setup your attackers, energy and go attack. The deck is pretty easy to use.
If possible, use the Rampardos for Pokemon ex knockouts.
To deal 100 damage with Sivally, you have to play a Supporter in order to do so.
Rare Candy is your friend to get a super fast Rampardos in play. Then you can swing for 130 damage.

Advantages
- Guaranteed Type:Null as starting Basic Pokemon.
- Single prize attackers makes the opponent work hard for the win.
- Rampardos as big attacker for 1 Fighting Energy.
- Silvally dealing a good 100 damage from 2 Energy if you play a Supporter.
- Fairly easy to use and build.
Disadvantages
- Type: Null & Silvally weak to Fighting Pokemon.
- Ramprados weak to Grass Pokemon.
- Skull Fossil is not searchable, setup can be slow.
- Bulkier Stage 2 Pokemon can withstand Rampardos attacks and possibly one hit knockout your own Pokemon.
- May not have Supporter to use for Silvally's 50 + 50 attack.
Closing Notes
In both the mobile game and physical card game, it is kind of rare to have a top competitive deck be easy to craft. This Silvally & Rampardos deck does not require any Pokemon ex which makes this fairly easy to build.

The deck has good firepower overall but it can suffer from bad hands and setup. Then again any deck can have bad luck and bad setup.
This deck is a good deck for newer players and a good alternative deck for those who don't want to play decks with Pokemon ex.
