Hello Hiveans and Welcome to My beginner's guide for Crypto-Shots!

As I already posted before in my blog I make HUGE BANK on this game and I fell in love with this project being the first of its kind to maybe help in its way to revolutionizing the play to earn sphere. At the moment of writing this guide, the break-even point is for an average player around 10 days !!!. In this guide, I will help you to set up everything if you never heard of the WAX blockchain from setting up a wallet to what to purchase in-game to get started to win your first match😁. Ready? let's dig in!

We have 3 main modules in this guide:

• WAX and Wax cloud wallet setup
• Get started with the discord token Premine
• The 3d game guide

For ease of Use, I will post links here and at the end of the text : Discord Channel, Wax Cloud Wallet, Crypto Shots website, Alcor Exchange on Wax network and Atomic hub secondary market.

What is WAX?

Worldwide Asset eXchange (WAX) is one of the top leading performers in the cryptocurrency market at the moment. It is a blockchain and protocol token specifically designed to make e-commerce transactions safer, easier and faster for all participants.

In more Easy terms WAX is an ecosystem of its own where you have to use a cryptocurrency to buy and sell NFTs (game assets) Its transactions are free but there is a catch! WAX is a Proof of stake verification method(like ETH 2.0) so instead of making you pay gas fees for every transaction on the blockchain, you will have to stake assets(with very little returns by the blockchain) to be able to make transactions(called CPU), or to make big size transactions(called NET) or to save assets on the blockchain(called RAM).

And NOW

First off you will need to have an account on any big exchange to be able to make your first purchase of Wax. You can either buy Wax from your bank account on any of the major exchanges like Binance or Crypto.com or swap some of your existing Crypto. Because as soon as you're going to open your wallet you are going to need resources to be able to make transactions (buy Nfts, claim game rewards, etc)

Wallet set up

Now we have our wax on our Exchange wallet and we are ready to finally get our Wax Cloud Wallet. so we go to the website click sign up and we get this:

• We can either use any of the accounts above to create our wallet(which is the easy way) (1)

• We can also create one with an email (2)

After you have created your login details to your new account you will be sent to a new page looking like this:

• 1 There is a copy button on the "WAX new account site", which you may use to avoid misspelling the memo

Here you will be asked to send 5 WAXP to your new wallet before it can be created. You will be asked to send the 5 WAXP to a specific account name 'new user. wam' and use a specific memo, which is different for each account made.
In your exchange, where you have obtained your WAXP, you will have to proceed to the tab/menu, where you can make a withdrawal.
Since many exchanges limits are higher than this, then the wax you send, which exceed the 5 wax amount will be transferred to the account of your wallet, which can be used by you.

Here you will see the option to input an account name and a memo as shown here

• The different exchanges may vary a little from site to site, but will all follow the same concept.
  You then enter the given account name 'newuser.wax', your own specific memo, and the amount of 5 WAXP on the exchange site.]

After you have sent the WAXP, the website will update in around a minute or less and you will be shown the main page of your new wax wallet. Be sure to wait a reasonable amount of time

Plus according to documentation it's possible that you might not have to stake any CPU at some point with these new accounts

Once the wallet is set up you have to transfer from exchange and stake resources to Use the Blockchain. The main menu should look a little like this:

• 1 This is you're liquid wax balance
• 2 This is you're WAX wallet address use this to transfer you're leftover funds from the exchange to here. NO MEMO since this is not an exchange wallet.
• 3 This is Where you can stake wax once you click it the right menu should appear on top of you're main wallet menu use this to check you're resources. (I suggest, to begin with, crypto-shots and first NFT buy 80wax CPU, 1 wax NET, 5-10 wax RAM)
• 4 You can click on apps here to see other projects/games or on the right menu to see all listed dapps
• 5 Some of the native tokens can be seen here but BOOM token is not supported yet you have to Use Wax Bloks to see you're boom token in you're wallet.
• 6 Click here to set a proxy to be able to gain a tiny bit of WAX interest on you're stake.
• 7 Here is where to click to choose what resource to buy/stake(ram is bought and has fluctuating value).
• 8 Enter amount to stake/buy here and click the button to confirm.Take note that it takes 72H to unstake CPU and NET while RAM is bought and sold [prices may vary] so its instanty transfered.

Congratz you have you're First Wax wallet and you're finally ready to begin to Earn!

Let's Get Started to Premine $MARS with B-otto

To be able to mine with B-otto and premine Tokens from the future levels you will need first to interact with players in the discord server to gain a level(talking with people give out XP). You will ALSO need at LEAST a base gun NFT.

• 1 To be able to pre-mine new tokens on Discord first you need to join the server.
• 2 Navigate to the Category on the left-hand side called "CS-DISCORD-BOTS" and click on the channel called "shoot-here-with-botto"
• 3 Type "!register [Your Wax Wallet]
• 4 You will then be provided with a unique code, which is similar to: CRYPTO-SHOTS>>>y3ntaxa0m213ys0xotg
• 5 Go to wax.atomichub.io and login with your wax cloud wallet in the top right
• 6 Tap on your wallet name in the top right corner and choose the menu "My Inventory"
• 7 Scroll up until you see "Customize Your Profile" on the right side and click it
• 8 Enter the unique code provided on discord under the 'Bio' section and click "save changes"
• 9 Go back to discord and type "!register [Your Wax Wallet] VERIFY" in the same channel as before (shoot here with bottom)
• 10 to be able to !shoot with the bottom you will need one gun NFT minimum to be able to begin to !shoot👑

You are now ready to premine $MARS tokens by using the command "!shoot" in the channel
For more help you will be able to write "!commands" in the same channel

The 3D GAME (Finally!)

The 3d game is what will permit you to win the Cryptoshots native token called $BOOM. It's the main part of the game and this part of the guide will be changed as the updates come in. So where do I start from there? Well you will need your very first NFTs.

...but what is a NFT?

A NFT is called a Non Fungible token it's an asset registered on the Unique blockchain. Usually, it takes the form of cards (baseball cards, football cards, etc) but they can be infused with a bit of code to make them useful to any game you play. What I like to compare them to is Magic Cards although a NFT is an electronic version they work very similarly. Crypto-Shots tokens gives you a extra gun, extra time, extra life, or extra reward, or a mix of them depending on item and rarities.

How and what do I buy to keep it cheap and to get playing?

What you are looking for is the most time and the most ammo possible. You have 2 sets of timers one is guns the other is characters. To begin with, you need a BASE GUN, you will also need a BASE AMMMO and VANCE CHARACTER. Since the Base gun gives 10 min of weapon time and two of them stack I highly recommend beginning with 2 of them..

Now to mint or buy these NFTs you have 2 options either buy them from the Atomic hub secondary market or mint them on the crypto-shots marketplace. Now shopping is crucial since the prices of NFT will directly affect ROI time.

Buying from Atomic Hub

The simplest option is to buy from Atomic hub. You can use the provided link ☝️ and then search for the NFT listed above.

• 3 Once you find the cheapest one click here to buy.

Please note that NFTs purchased from the secondary market have a 12h cooldown in-game except for freshly minted NFTs from packs.

Buying from Crypto-Shots marketplace

Now this one takes a little more steps but since the prices only change once per week it's possible either they will be expensive or they will be great deals but usually, secondary market prices follow the in-game prices. To be able to buy in-game you will need to have $BOOM in your Wax wallet. The Big plus about this method is that you MINT nfts directly so NO COOLDOWN

You can buy boom on Alcor Exchange on Wax network.

• 1 Click here to see markets from the Home page.
• 2 Enter "BOOM" in the search bar to find the correct exchange market.
• 3 Connect your wallet and make sure you're on the WAX network.
• 4 Click anywhere on the rectangle to access the BOOM market. Once clicked you should see the page below.

• 1 To be able to buy BOOM right away you will have to click here to make a market buy. It's going to take the cheapest price from sellers(red) and make your purchase from available prices. To begin you will need around 220 $BOOM. This means that you might pay some Boom at some price range and some other at a higher price range, as the buy order is filled and the price of BOOM rises.
• 2 Once you entered the desired amount of BOOM, desired to buy you click on the lower button to buy and confirm in the popout window.
• 3 Feeling lucky? you can always do a Limit trade and hope you're buy order gets filled for cheaper than the seller's lowest price.
• 4 Once you get to play and win BOOM here is where you can sell it using the reverse method as buying.

Now that you have your boom you can finally go on the Crypto Shots website and select Browser 3D Game(mobile and VR game coming soon), once it's loaded and you're logged in it should send you directly to inventory and it should look like this:

Simply click the top button that contains the price in $BOOM and the NFT mint should be transferred directly to your cloud wallet.

Buying strategy

Once you bought you're first 3 NFTs you will realize that there is not much you can do and you can only play 5 minutes. Its normal because every Nft gives you a certain amount of time to play and its the lowest time that is youre total time. You start with 0 on the timer and get more play time for each character you have.

• Common: 5 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 4) [Vance Tyrell]
• Rare: 15 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 3) [Masha Talashova]
• Epic: 25 min [not available yet]

So in total, you can play 5 minutes x 4 common pieces and 15 minutes x 3 rare pieces giving you a total playtime of 65 minutes (game version 0.3.5)

You then need weapons to play with and these have a max use time as well.

• Base: 10 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 2) [base gun]
• Common: 5 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 10) [laser gun aka Nerf gun]
• Rare: 5 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 6) [laser rifle]
• Epic: 5 min pr. piece (MAX amount is 3) [laser shotgun]
  Plus all different guns give BOOM bonuses the more there is staked the better the bonuses. (Up to the maximum amount except the base gun you can own 15 base guns that give you boom bonuses but no time bonus).

I would recommend a starter kit to beat easy and to get you playing 20 minutes per day is 4 Vance Tyrell, 2 base guns, 1 laser gun, 1 laser rifle.
If you can get your hands-on Cheap Energy cells you really need to get them because these NFTs will give you FREE ammo when you are in-game. if you run out of ammo you will need to spend you're hard-earned $BOOM to buy some more which will directly lower you're return.

One thing you guys will notice is that the epics NTFs have usally a lot of time and/or bonus for the price if you can afford it I would start by epics once the base kit is done. if you don't have the money to do it either Join a giveaway(i make 1 every day on discord) or play to win with your 20 min and begin to mint the token with your boom one by one. As long as you won't have to pay per session you have time to build your account by grinding.

GamePlay

The Game is Still in the ALPHA mode so Bugs are to be expected but mostly if you have a decent computer it should play well.

For flawless gameplay I would recommend:

• Intel I-core I7
• 16 gig of ram (or more)
• GTX 1060 or UP (doesn't use much GPU resources)
• Windows 10
• BRAVE BROWSER

The level changes every update so I would suggest checking out the announcement in Discord daily. Once you have a new version do your first session on easy to be able to get the FEEL of the new spawn points since at medium you don't have any radar to see where they are.
