Today, Easterclause from Ehon has a message to deliver to the Hive community, since we do not want to overdo it with just teasing.
With this post we introduce you to Ehon, the foundation for something big that will be created together with the Hive community. In this post we will primarily focus on the governance token linked in the teaser.
In our system, EGOV is some kind of Kickstarter funding, as well as a decision-making tool. Whereby we see ourselves fully taken care of in the funding part with an amount of about 25K-30K $ for first big developments.
Tokenomics
As you may have already seen, there is an initial supply of 2100000 EGOV available for now, with a total supply of 42000000 EGOV.
At Easterclause we will provide 420000 EGOV at a cost of 0.02 Swap.Hive.
Another sale of 580000 EGOV at a price of 0.042 Swap.Hive, will be available from 12.12.2021.
100000 tokens are intended for marketing purposes, which will include giveaways and Diesel-Pools for example.
As you can see, the maximum possible supply is designed for 42000000 EGOV, but this will only serve as a pool for upcoming expansions.
We´ve planned to increase the maximum supply by 2100000 EGOV with each expansion. When talking about an expansion, we are talking about big projects that include a lot of innovations, which will ultimately lead us towards a unique game concept.
The initial supply covers a full game concept, of course, which we will only touch on slightly today, though. 😀
The tokens will get an upgrade within the next week and will be stakable.
The unstaking period will be 4 weeks.
All holders who stake their tokens will receive an initial supply of characters and special items via airdrop according to their stake (each airdrop requires a specific amount of tokens) and will be able to participate at discounted conditions from on the first version of the game. The Airdrops will be released in mid to late December.
Of course, that's not all we have up our sleeve for EGOV.
Our content and expansions will be focused on player requests. We also plan to strongly integrate the community in other ways.
We'll be involving all stakeholders in many of the guiding decisions for upcoming content. This will mostly be realized as a choice between several options, which will determine the focus of near future developments. This may also involve decisions regarding game mechanics or historical events (and much more).
Holder Drops
As already mentioned, the community will be able to have a direct influence on the development of the game.
For each vote, in which the holders participate with their corresponding stakes, there will of course always be a nice airdrop, which could be useful to you in many ways - in addition, there will of course be cosmetics and items that can only be obtained through a corresponding stake and participation in a decision.
EVERYTHING can be traded privately or on the market.
