I noticed I was kind of lacking the regions of the game that were the B’s. Some of them I had been in a little bit. Most however I had just a couple of tiles uncovered as I was going to other places. Almost leaving them like a forgotten stepchild.

There ended up being some massive fountains in the area. This one gave me quite a massive boost in strength. There were others in the area that gave me all kinds of stat boosts. It seems if I end up struggling somewhere I could always come here and hope to make it back to where I was with some powerful boosts.
These effects however would wear off once the day ended. Once I mastered a better understanding of how to use portals to gate from town to town. Places like these became a higher value to me and something I'd take advantage of sometimes. I was however mostly lazy and could not be bothered.
First up was B1. At this point, I did not struggle to take anything out here. I ended up running into some water while just exploring around. I then used that as a grid starting point to start uncovering the rest of the tiles while I explored the zone.
I was off exploring in B2. Despite having cleared a lot of B4 and some other areas. This was one zone that I was kind of lacking in fully checking out. It was more or less just a zone I ran past on the main road to go elsewhere. Never even stepped inside of this area.
I also would not end up finishing exploring the area for quite some time. As fate would have it. I noticed a dungeon out of the corner of my eye. While I was quite set on just gridding this place out and exploring it that way. I just could not say no to a dungeon. Now, could I?

The Fortress of Fear was sure scary when I was greeted by this thing inside. Thankfully my cleric was able to blast it quite heavily. By the time it got into melee range the rest of my group finished it off.
I would end up encountering a number of these shades, carnage hands, and mummies in this place. This place was a giant puzzle. There were quite a few levers to pull.

These levers controlled moving these giant statue heads and lightning fields around the central chamber of the dungeon. The trick was to get four statue heads one in each corner. It would then teleport me to the boss room.
This place kind of made me get a little insane myself. It took a couple of tries to realize around the area I needed to be pulling levers down for each one. The loot I don’t quite recall being all that amazing.
This was however one of those late-night dungeon runs. I wish I could say this place was more memorable. I just recall rather hating it. That is quite a rare thing for me to say when it comes to running a dungeon.

I was at least thankful by the time I got to the boss. Killing the boss netted me like 2k gold which was not that great. I can only assume these boss kills are worth quite a lot of experience.
I also ended up looting quite a strange item in one of the coffins in the final room. It was called a Hologram Sequencing Card 001. I can’t even begin to guess what that is going to be for. I checked and there don’t seem to be any direct quests asking for me to turn it in for a reward.
This item is like so many others. Would just end up taking up further inventory space. I was already starting to pile a few different kinds of keys. Along with different kinds of orbs that the different castles wanted. While I could usually blame my inventory struggle on being a packrat. In this case, these things I just can’t toss out. I just have a feeling it’s going to be worth it in the end to hold onto such strange things as this Hologram Sequencing Card. Even more so when I'd later discover others.
Once I had finished the dungeon. I rather quickly explored about half of the remaining B2 area. I then found myself in B3 which I had almost mostly explored. I ended up hitting a couple of spots that I had missed in the past.
My new goal was to make it back to B4. It was after all a place I had run a dungeon called Arachnoid Cavern in the past. I never really made it over any mountains to see what else this place had to offer.
The biggest draw to me was the main road that led into this area. I had a feeling since I had not seen a town for some time now. That I must be getting close. As it turns out I was correct in assuming that.

The very road I had been following for quite some time would end up coming to an end in B. Not before taking me to a town called Wildabar. What a crazy name that is I thought to myself when I first entered the town.

Wildabar was filled with ninjas that I made quick work of. I ended up finding access to the magic guild there for a piece of 1k gold per caster. I also made a stop at the blacksmith and started slowly over time as items respawned and replaced some of my worse helms and gloves that many of my party still were wearing. As this blacksmith offered iron items and up.
This is also where I ran into another brother this one named Gamma. He told me he had been waiting for me. He then pointed me to another one that I had already found in the past. It however seemed like I needed to visit each one of them in order. The clue he gave me about finding some shell on an island or some nonsense was not as detailed as one would have hoped.
Along the way, I ended up finding several bags filled with goodies left by the ninjas and other crazy-looking things that no longer roam the town streets like they own the place.

After I had cleared out the town. I made my way around B4 so I could finish exploring that area as well. I ended up finding over 10k gold that was hidden around the place.
One thing I noticed was this place lacked any creature headquarters for me to take out for some massive experience gains. I might have even considered leaving some behind so I could come out here and farm for some experience at some point. That however seems like that won’t be an option after all.
Final Thoughts

It was kind of nice to have most of the B areas now fully discovered. There were some dungeons and other stuff I was not able to run this time around. I’ve decided I'd just rather have the surface zones explored for now. I could always just mark where I found dungeons to return and clear them at a later date.
