Hello my lovley scrap miners,
welcome to my weekly post about the game @terracore on the HIVE blockchain.
I am in week 27 now playing TerraCore. You can see my progress and some news about the game reading my post.
My Base
In the last week I reached the following goals 💪
- Increased my Stash size to 6501 $SCRAP (+500) tokens staked
- Increased my Favor value to 4020 $SCRAP (+/- 0)
- Upgraded my stats a bit this week: defense (+80) and damage (+40)
- This week I did no boss fights 😣 but I tried to do 1 quest and got some relics out of it 😍

The prize of $SCRAP seems to be more and more stable lately. A common crate costs more than 6847 $SCRAP token now. But I still keep all my $SCRAP to upgrade my base.
Boss Fights
I was able to do 58 boss fights in total since I unlocked the first planet Oceana. I got 2 crates and 2 potions so far 😱 Seems like I am a bit more lucky in this RNG stuff right now. 🙄
So my winning rate is actually at 6,89% (+/- 0%).
My Goal for the coming week
I will work on updating my defense stats to get a better protection against attacks of my hard mined $SCRAP because Im getting closer to the TOP 10 of the leaderboard. And I will upgrade my damage as well to slightly earn more $SCRAP through attacks. 😇
The Development
@crypt0gnome changed the calculation for rewarding relics doing quests 😁 With this change its not so much rewarding anymore but some player get a lot of $FLUX out of it before which wasnt good for the economy of the token. With this change the number of quest was decreasing as well.
Colonies
Colonies will be the next big feature in this game. Personally I cant wait to see it live. The idea behind is really great and will bring a lot of new stuff to the players. I wont spoiler that much but we will get a new token when colonies are there. And you need $FLUX as well. So take care to collect enough beforehand as the price will increase heavily after the colonies release.

Which pools are available for swapping $SCRAP or $FLUX?

How does quests work?
Each round you roll the dice. If your number is lower than the chance of success, you win the round. Each round you successfully complete gives you relics of different types (common, uncommon, rare, epic and legandary). With each round your chance of success decreases, which you can increase by up to 20% with 2 bonus effects. The bonus effects take into account certain stats of your character, such as attack, defense, dodge or luck. If you can't fulfill one of these stats, a bonus effect is completely cancelled. Luck is the deciding factor of course.
If you collected 100 of one relics type you can combine them to get a crate instead. This crate has the same drop chances of items as all the crates we have known before.
How does focus potion work?
Once you consumed a focus potion you will be able to see the enemies avaialable to attack on the battle page.

What is Terracore?
Terracore is an idle miner game in alpha on the HIVE blockchain where you build your base to protect your mined $SCRAP tokens from the attacks of other players. For this you can improve some stats like attack, defense or critical hits.
Also, all players have the possibility to burn $SCRAP to unlock a new planet for doing boss fights if they own a ship and some $FLUX. Quests are available as well.
