I have quite a few indie horror games in my list but they are mostly walking simulator that focus on the story and such. Which are fun too, I love some good ol story and solving puzzles without much of a challenge really since they can also be completed in one setting. But sometimes I get interested in other genres too. :D
I stumbled upon this game called 除邪 CHUXIE and it's a horror shooting game at a hospital setting which you know is already pretty creepy in itself haha.
The game is pretty straightforward... just get out of there. XD There was no story or cut scenes or anything. Straight to the action.
You can collect gold coins and ammo along the way too.
There were a bunch of jumpscares too and the most annoying thing for me was the reload was not automatic haha.
It's not just fighting monsters either, you have to solve some puzzles otherwise you're gonna get stuck in an area. It took me quite a long time in this part because I didn't see those lights and never thought of shooting them haha aka I'm a dumbass. XD
