A New Event Is Coming Up on dCrops + My Gaming Activity and Progress + Focus on CROP Market Value
It's been quite some time since my last post on dCrops.
It was in fact January 31, 2024 when I published a post in which I shared the financial evaluation of my participation in the Christmas event organized by dCrops.
I reduced my posting activity on dCrops because there was no interesting news so far and also because I noticed that my posts on dCrops were the ones that received fewer interactions and also less support than my other posts on other games/topics.
Even though it has been more than two months since my last post on dCrops I have continued to play because dCrops is a game I like and because in my opinion it is the best blockchain farming game on Hive.
In addition considering that dCrops is a game developed by one person, the developer was always very good at introducing new features and events and created a nice farming game!
I am just a gamer and my opinion is totally disagreeable but I have identified strengths and weaknesses of dCrops on which I would like to hear the opinion of my readers and other dCrops players.
The strengths of dCrops are in my opinion:
- The theme (nature) and the beautiful and colorful graphics
- The events
- the simplicity of the Farming game mode
- the different investment and reward options to choose from: CROP POWER and Holding Rewards, Leaderboards and Quests, NFT and Farming Market.
The weaknesses of dCrops are in my opinion:
- the lack of a solid and continuous promotion activity on Hive and in Web 2.0
- the complexity of the Building, Crafting and Cooking game modes that need more detailed and easy to understand step-by-step guides and evaluations.
3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT
An interesting initiative is coming up on dCrops: 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT
I have started playing on dCrops since the first seasons and have participated in all the events organized by dCrops so far.
I have always liked the events organized by dCrops because they have all been fun and also rewarding so far.
The 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY event will start in just over 12 days.
Although the event has not yet started you can participate in the Anniversary Countdown by checking in each day to receive a prize.
Note, however, that checking in is not free and has a cost of 30 CROP and you must also be careful not to check in twice on the same day otherwise you may perform two transactions instead of one.
Each check in will give a bonus = +0.3% Ester Eggs during the event and the bonuses are cumulative and those who check in all will receive a total bonus = +4.2% Ester Eggs.
Based on the current market value of the CROP tokens, the cost of 1 check = 0.2669 HIVE = $0.0993 considering the Lowest Ask value for those who do not have CROP tokens and have to buy them from the market to check in.
I personally have decided to only check in on days when there is a prize that I am interested in and can use in the Farming game mode which is the only game mode I currently play.
When the event starts I will also help Easter Bunny hand out gifts and I will gladly spend 4000 CROP because it is this part of the event that I enjoy the most.
My game activity
Regarding my game activity today, I performed all early season game operations with a slight delay compared to previous seasons because the winter season started almost 3 days ago.
Today I did the claim of rewards for the completion of the spring quests which I completed without any particular difficulty.
In the following image you can see what I found inside the 15 Reward chests that I opened today.
I am satisfied with this reward because I found 3 Resource type NFTs including 1 Iron Ore which has a good market value = 7.2 HIVE = $2.67
The Resource-type NFTs I found inside the chests have a total value = 9.48 HIVE = 3.52$
I also like the recent addition of the View Drop Rates feature within the Quests section because now the odds of finding an item of a certain type within the chests are much more easily accessible and viewable at all times.
At the end of March, the percentage of drops related to GAS was changed and decreased: 17% -> 7%
New season, new seasonal quests.
This season I wasn't lucky because I received 4 quests that I couldn't complete:
- Sell 1 Napa Cabbage
- Harvest 5 King Weed crops
- Plant 3 Cilantro seeds
- Harvest 1 Sweet Potato crops
I had to spend 60 CROP to use the Reroll feature 6 times but in the end I got all of the quests completed during the spring season.
I then planted the first part of my seed-type NFTs in my land plots.
Today I was also happy to note that the value of my collection has increased since the last time I checked this value and today my NFT collection has an estimated value = 2222.22 HIVE (how many two :)
Focus on CROP Market Value (January 30, 2024 - April 2, 2024).
I like to monitor the token value of the games I play and/or have invested in, and I will end this post with a small focus on the value of CROP tokens.
The last time I checked the market value of CROP tokens was January 30, 2024.
In the following image you can see the difference in value in SWAP.HIVE and in dollars recorded by the CROP token in the time interval: January 30, 2024 - April 2, 2024.
The last 63 days have been very positive for the market value of the CROP token, which increases its value against the dollar:
- Highest Bid Value: +58.22%
- Lowest Ask Value: +54.46%

E' in arrivo un nuovo evento su dCrops + La mia attività di gioco + Focus sul valore di mercato del token CROP
E' passato un bel pò di tempo dal mio ultimo post su dCrops.
Era infatti il 31 gennaio 2024 quando ho pubblicato un post in cui ho condiviso la valutazione finanziaria della mia partecipazione all'evento natalizio organizzato da dCrops.
Ho ridotto la mia attività di pubblicazione su dCrops perchè non c'erano novità interessanti e anche perchè ho notato che i miei post su dCrops erano quelli che ricevevano meno interazioni e anche meno supporto rispetto agli altri miei post su altri giochi/argomenti.
Anche se sono passati più di due mesi dal mio ultimo post su dCrops ho continuato a giocare perchè dCrops è un gioco che mi piace e perchè secondo me è il miglior gioco di farming sulla blockchain di Hive.
Inoltre considerato che dCrops è un gioco sviluppato da una sola persona, la sviluppatrice è stata sempre molto brava a introdurre nuove funzionalità ed eventi e ha creato un bel gioco di farming!
Sono un semplice giocatore e la mia opinione è assolutamente non condivisibile ma ho individuato dei punti di forza e dei punti deboli di dCrops sui quali mi piacerebbe sentire l'opinione dei miei lettori e degli altri giocatori di dCrops.
I punti di forza di dCrops sono secondo me:
- la semplicità della modalità di gioco Farming
- le diverse possibilità di investimento e ricompense tra cui scegliere: CROP POWER e Holding Rewards, Leaderboard e Quests, NFT e Farming Market.
I punti deboli di dCrops sono secondo me:
- la mancanza mancanza di una solida e continua attività di promozione su Hive e nel web 2.0
- la complessità delle modalità di gioco Building, Crafting e Cooking che necessitano di guide passo passo e valutazioni più dettagliate e semplici da capire.
3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT
Su dCrops è in arrivo una interessante iniziativa: 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY EVENT
Ho inzito a giocare su dCrops fin dalle prime stagioni e ho partecipato a tutti gli eventi organizzati da dCrops fino ad ora.
Mi sono sempre piaciuti gli eventi organizzati da dCrops perchè sono stati fino ad ora tutti divertenti e anche premianti.
L'evento 3 YEAR ANNIVERSARY inizierà tra poco più di 12 giorni
Anche se l'evento non è ancora iniziato è possibile partecipare all'Anniversary Countdown facendo il check in ogni giorno per ricevere un premio.
Nota però che il check in non è gratuito e ha un costo di 30 CROP e devi stare anche attento a non fare il check in due volte nello stesso giorno altrimenti potresti eseguire due transazioni invece che una.
Ogni check in darà un bonus = +0.3% Ester Eggs durante l'evento e i bonus sono cumulabili e chi effettuerà tutti i check in riceverò un bonus totale = +4.2% Ester Eggs.
In base al valore di mercato attuale dei token CROP il costo di 1 check = 0.2669 HIVE = 0.0993$ considerando il valore Lowest Ask per chi non ha token CROP e deve acquistarli dal mercato per fare i check in.
Io personalmente ho deciso di fare il check in solo nei giorni in cui c'è un premio che mi interessa e che posso utilizzare nella modalità di gioco Farming che è l'unica modalità di gioco a cui gioco attualmente.
Quando inizierà l'evento aiuterò anche Easter Bunny a distribuire regali e spenderò con piacere 4000 CROP perchè è questa parte dell'evento che mi piace di più.
La mia attività di gioco e i miei progressi
Per quanto riguarda la mia attività di gioco oggi ho effettuato tutte le operazioni di gioco di inizio stagione con un leggero ritardo rispetto alle precedenti stagioni perchè la stagione invernale è iniziata da quasi 3 giorni.
Oggi ho fatto il claim delle rewards per il completamento delle quests primaverili che ho completato senza particolari difficoltà.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere cosa ho trovato all'interno dei 15 Reward chests che ho aperto oggi.
Sono soddisfatto di questa ricompensa perchè ho trovato 3 NFT di tipo Resource tra cui 1 Iron Ore che ha un buon valore di mercato = 7.2 HIVE = 2.67$
Gli NFT di tipo Resource che ho trovato all'interno dei chests hanno un valore totale = 9.48 HIVE = 3.52$
Mi piace anche la recente aggiunta della funzionalità View Drop Rates all'interno della sezione Quests perchè adesso le probabilità di trovare un item di un certo tipo all'interno dei chests sono molto più facilmente accessibili e visualizzabili in ogni momento.
A fine marzo è stata modificata la percentuale di drop relativa al GAS che è diminuita: 17% -> 7%
Nuova stagione, nuove quests stagionali.
In questa stagione non sono stato fortunato perchè ho ricevuto 4 quest che non potevo completare:
- Sell 1 Napa Cabbage
- Harvest 5 King Weed crops
- Plant 3 Cilantro seeds
- Harvest 1 Sweet Potato crops
Ho dovuto spendere 60 CROP per utilizzare la funzione Reroll 6 volte ma alla fine ho ottenuto tutte quests completabili durante la stagione primaverile.
Ho poi piantato la prima parte dei miei NFT di tipo seme nei miei land plots.
Oggi sono stato anche felice di notare che il valore della mia collezione è cresciuto rispetto all'ultima volta che ho controllato questo valore e oggi la mia collezione ha un valore stimato = 2222.22 HIVE (quanti due :)
Focus sul valore di mercato del token CROP (30 gennaio 2024 - 2 aprile 2024)
Mi piace monitorare il valore dei token dei giochi in cui gioco e/o ho investito e concludo questo post con un piccolo focus sul valore dei token CROP.
L'ultima volta che ho controllato il valore di mercato dei token CROP era il 30 gennaio 2024.
Nell'immagine seguente puoi vedere la differenza di valore in SWAP.HIVE e in dollari registrata dal token CROP nell'intervallo di tempo: 30 gennaio 2024 - 2 aprile 2024.
Gli ultimi 63 giorni sono stati molto positivi per il valore di mercato del token CROP che aumenta il suo valore rispetto al dollaro:
