¿Cual fue mi primera experiencia con un juego online? - para mi esta es una pregunta muy difícil de responder, porque desde muy pequeño me ha gustado el mundo de los videojuegos, por lo que he tenido la oportunidad de jugar muchos juegos y de distintos tipos y estilos.
Es bastante curioso porque no creo que este juego haya sido mi primer juego online (o tal vez si) ya que como dije anteriormente he jugado de todo un poco, sin embargo si estoy seguro que fue el primer videojuego online al que le dediqué buenas horas de mi vida, y que podía jugar todos los días. Por eso hoy quiero hablarles de Club Penguin.
Club penguin es un videojuego online que consiste en un mundo virtual donde cada uno de nosotros podía crear su propio pingüino y podíamos caminar, hablar con otras personas, realizar diferentes actividades y variedad de mini juegos con los que competíamos con otras personas alrededor del mundo.
Este juego tenía dos cosas que me encantaban y era el poder hablar con diferentes personas de todo el mundo y poder jugar los mini juegos con esas mismas personas, era literal un mundo virtual y después que se le agarraba el gusto se hacía un juego bastante divertido.
Otro atractivo que tenía este juego era el poder personalizar a nuestro pingüino, poderle cambiar la ropa y el color a nuestro gusto, obviamente la ropa se compraba con monedas que se iban ganando en distintas actividades y mini juegos, pero me acuerdo que aunque yo era bastante pequeño me molestaba no poder comprar cosas porque no era socio, ahora puede entender que esa era la forma de monetizar un juego que de prímate plano era gratis pero si me molestaba que no pudiera comprarme distintas cosas o hacer distintas actividades por no ser socio, eso era un gran punto negativo para mi.
Este estilo de juego funcionan y sobreviven es dependiendo de la gente que los juega, y me acuerdo que en su auge este juego era una locura, gente de todo el mundo intercambiando palabras a través de sus pingüinos, no se para ustedes pero para mi era totalmente impresionante.
Este juego lo recuerdo con bastante cariño, porque le dediqué muchas horas de mi infancia y además me acuerdo que me divertía mucho, y si siento que fue el primero juego online que jugué, antes de club penguin me acuerdo que llegue a jugar Neopets, pero este es considerado más un sitio web que un juego, y en general no le dediqué ni el 20% del tiempo que le dediqué a club penguin.
En lo personal siento que tuve una primera experiencia muy buena, club penguin era un excelente juego, no se si aun este juego funciona, pero como dije este en su momento era demasiado bueno, no por nada después salieron versiones de este juego para consolas como la Nintendo DS
Al pasar de los años los juegos online han avanzado exponencialmente, PUBG fue el último juego online que jugué bastante, y si comparo este con club pinguin se puede observar el avance que hay en los juegos online (obviamente manteniendo las distancia de que son juegos totalmente distintos).
Aunque la pregunta: ¿Cual fue mi primera experiencia con un juego online? Parece un poco superficial, pero da para mucho de que hablar porque además esto puede variar totalmente dependiendo de la época en que creció esa persona y el ambiente del que se rodea, una pregunta bastante más interesante de lo que parece

Club penguin is an online video game that consists of a virtual world where each of us could create our own penguin and we could walk, talk to other people, perform different activities and variety of mini games with which we competed with other people around the world.
This game had two things that I loved and that was to be able to talk to different people from all over the world and to be able to play the mini games with those same people, it was literally a virtual world and after you got the hang of it it became a pretty fun game.
Another attraction that this game had was the ability to customize our penguin, we could change his clothes and color to our liking, obviously the clothes were bought with coins that were won in different activities and mini games, but I remember that although I was quite small it bothered me not being able to buy things because I was not a member, now I can understand that this was the way to monetize a game that was free but it bothered me that I could not buy different things or do different activities because I was not a member, that was a big negative point for me.
This style of game work and survive is depending on the people who play them, and I remember that in its heyday this game was crazy, people from all over the world exchanging words through their penguins, I don't know for you but for me it was totally awesome.
I remember this game with a lot of affection, because I dedicated many hours of my childhood to it and I also remember that I had a lot of fun, and I feel that it was the first online game I played, before Club Penguin I remember that I played Neopets, but this is considered more a website than a game, and in general I didn't dedicate even 20% of the time I dedicated to Club Penguin.
