Hello friends of Hive Gaming! I'm nathan again! in previous posts I did reviews and reviews of other games but I didn't really take the time to introduce myself properly to you.... I'm Nathan "Nathhan" at Hive, I'm an 18 year old guy passionate about videogames and gastronomy, I'm currently studying at the university of gastronomy, and in my free time I usually play Valorant or OSU! and some other horror games that I'd love to bring you.
Let's continue with the review... I'll take you on a walkthrough of Valorant! patch 4.08 notes.... In this patch they released and unveiled new things, from new agents, new battle pass, buffs and nerfs and also new weapon bundle.... I'll take notes about everything and give you screenshots so you can appreciate today's review, let's get started people!
- Jett (NERF) : If you are main Jett and you already played version 4.08 you will have noticed that there was a big change on it, good or bad? the truth is yes, it's a nerf that left the agent super low on the meta scale, you can no longer dash instantly... To use her dash you will have to press " E " and after 0.75 seconds exactly the bar that allows you to dash is activated, the bar lasts 12 seconds, if the seconds pass you lose the dash... Really a drastic change for the main Jett (although we won't have them in every wall aiming with an operator and kill you getting out alive easily).
- Sova (NERF) : Sova is an agent used in high elo rankeds, his usefulness as a sentry is very useful in competitive games, as it is an agent that gives a lot of vision without having to risk being pickeando and get killed, we are talking about their skills of the drone recognition, ability that no longer lasts as long as before ... went from 10 seconds to 7 seconds, only 3 seconds but the truth is a lot if we talk about this great ability of the agent ... And if that wasn't enough, his explosive arrow was also affected, it went from having a damage of 90 to 75, damage that really still works to not pick while they are defusing in my opinion.
- Neon (Buff) : If we have seen that the truth is that this agent is not very seen in Valorant games, we can say that it is a very good entry... But his risk is that the agent has a lot of mobility and you need to have a good aim to take advantage of his abilities and Riot Games noticed that and made a couple of buffs, first let's go with his general ability... His speed, when you killed an enemy with your speed energy at 0% it recharged by 20%, now it went to 100%, really crazy really, then we have his dash, this dash has caused many problems for Neon players, as they have been seen with problems when entering and these were fixed, and finally we have his wall of fire, which its damage to itself will no longer do damage as before, something that will impact a lot when pickear out of this.
We can see that the battle pass of patch 4.08 is very different from the others, it has 3 different styles, color something like pink, green with cobra drawings and finally the SYS style which is something like pink with black. Among them come several graffiti, keychains and cool covers that you can wear, and to finish with the pass, we finally have a battle pass that has an axe that is really cool. I didn't hesitate to buy the pass!
From what I've seen, the RGX 1.0 bundle gave a lot to talk about, because of its sales and because of the different type of color you could give the weapon you wanted, Riot noticed that it liked it a lot and didn't hesitate to release a 2.0 version, I really think this is my favorite weapon bundle, I always wanted the Vandal RGX but it never came out and well, I had to buy the Phantom rgx from 2.0, I'll be leaving the photos below.
With this we close the 4.08 patch notes, with nothing more and nothing less than a new agent, called "Fade" an initiator who was very hyped on the PBE for her abilities somewhat similar to those of the agent "Skye" an agent who without It could certainly be useful if you want to replace it with Sova or Skye, I've really been playing a lot in this new update and I haven't found it once in ranked, only in normal games, which surprised me since it was very hyped on PBE ... The truth is that I loved this patch in all its aspects, they gave deserved nerfs and buffs, the new agent wanted to measure up but could not (In my opinion) but we will see in future patches if it is seen more in games, the bundles as I already commented is one of my favorites and I am very happy to have the phantom as a skin and try to vary with its chromas and effects, I also liked the battle pass a lot and I bought it when I could, its photos and graffiti are cool but what gave me security to buy it was the Vandal and the axe.

Hola amigos de Hive Gaming! Soy nathan otra vez! en anteriores post hice reviews y reseñas de demás juegos pero la verdad no me tomé el tiempo para presentarme bien ante ustedes... Sigamos con la reseña... Les haré un paseo por las notas del parche 4.08 de Valorant!... En este parche lanzaron y se dieron a conocer nuevas cosas, desde agentes nuevos, nuevo pase de batalla, buffs y nerfs y también nuevo bundle de armas... Tomaré nota sobre cada cosa y les daré capturas para que puedan apreciar la reseña del día de hoy, comenzamos gente!
- Jett (NERF) : Si eres main Jett y ya jugaste la versión 4.08 te habrás dado cuenta que hubo un gran cambio sobre ella, ¿Bueno o malo? la verdad es que sí, es un nerf que dejó al agente super bajo en la escala del meta, ya no puedes dashear instantáneamente... Para usar su dash tendrás que presionar " E " y trás 0.75 segundos exactamente se activa la barra que te permite dashear, la barra dura 12 segundos, si se pasan los segundos pierdes el dash... Realmente un cambio drástico para los main Jett (Aunque sea no las tendremos en cada muro apuntando con un operator y matarte saliendo con vida fácilmente)
- Sova (NERF) : Sova es un agente utilizado en rankeds de high elo, su utilidad al ser un centinela es muy útil en partidas competitivas, ya que es un agente que da mucha visión sin tener que arriesgar a estar pickeando y que te maten, estamos hablando de sus habilidades del drón de reconocimiento, habilidad que ya no dura tanto tiempo cómo antes... pasó de 10 segundos de duración a 7 segundos, sólo 3 segundos pero la verdad es mucho si hablamos de esta habilidad grandiosa del agente... Y por si no fuera poco, también se vio afectada su flecha explosiva, pasó de tener un daño de 90 a 75 , daño que realmente sigue funcionando para no pickear mientras están defusando a mi parecer.
- Neon (Buff) : Si hemos visto que la verdad este agente no es muy visto en los juegos de Valorant, podemos decir que es un entry demasiado bueno... Pero su riesgo es que el agente tiene mucha movilidad y necesitas tener una buena puntería para sacarle provecho a sus habilidades y Riot Games notó eso y les hizo un par de bufeos, en primer lugar vamos con su habilidad general... Su velocidad, cuando matabas a un enemigo con la energía de tu velocidad al 0% se te recargaba un 20%, ahora pasó a un 100%, una verdadera locura realmente, luego tenemos su dash, este dash ha causado muchos problemas para los jugadores de Neon, ya que se les ha visto con problemas al entrar y estos fueron arreglados, y por último tenemos su muro de fuego, el cual su daño hacía ella misma ya no hará daño cómo antes, algo que impactará mucho al pickear fuera de este.
Podemos apreciar que el pase de batalla del parche 4.08 es muy diferente al de los demás, tiene 3 estilos diferentes, color algo así cómo rosa, verde con dibujos de cobra y por último el estilos SYS que es algo cómo rosa con negro. Entre ellos vienen varios grafitis, llaveros y portadas guapas que puedes ponerte, y para terminar con el pase, tenemos por fin un pase de batalla que tenga un hacha que realmente está guapa. No dudé en comprarme el pase la verdad!
Por lo que he visto, el bundle de la RGX 1.0 dio mucho de que hablar, por sus ventas y por el diferente tipo de color que podías darle al arma que quisieras, Riot notó que gustó mucho y no dudó en sacar una versión 2.0, realmente creo que este es mi bundle de armas favorito, siempre quise la Vandal RGX pero nunca me salio y bueno, tuve que comprarme la Phantom rgx de la 2.0, les estaré dejando las fotos debajo.
Con esto cerramos las notas del parche 4.08, con nada más y nada menos que una agente nueva, llamada " Fade " una iniciadora que fue muy hypeada en el PBE por sus habilidades un tanto parecidas cómo las del agente " Skye " un agente que sin duda podría serte útil si quieres reemplazarlo por Sova o por Skye, realmente he estado jugando mucho en esta nueva actualización y no le he encontrado ni una vez en ranked, sólo en juegos normales, lo cual me extrañó ya que fue muy hypeada en el PBE... ¿Tú ya la usaste?
La verdad este parche me encantó en todos sus aspectos, dieron nerfs y buffs merecidos, el nuevo agente quiso dar la talla pero no pudo ( En mi opinión ) pero veremos en siguientes parches si se ve más en partidas, las bundles cómo ya comenté es de mis favoritas y estoy muy alegre de tener la phantom cómo skin y tratar de variar con sus chromas y efectos, el pase de batalla también me gustó mucho y lo compré cuando pude, sus fotos y grafitis están cool pero lo que me dio la seguridad de comprarmelo fue la Vandal y el hacha.
