Today is the first part of chapter one of Life is strange 2, a story that started in a heartbreaking way.

Hoy toca la primera parte del capítulo uno de Life is strange 2 una historia que empezó de una forma desgarradora.
For those who do not remember my previous post our character fled with his brother after a strange event where apparently this destroyed the whole block with a kind of telekinetic powers to see the death of his father. Here we start after 2 days of the incident apparently our brother does not remember what happened and does not understand why we are aimlessly away from the city, here we are next to a road surrounded by forest going to who knows where but it is necessary to avoid at all costs to the police to keep us safe because no one will believe the story of what happened.
Para los que no recuerden el mi anterior post nuestro personaje huyo con su hermano luego de un extraño suceso donde al parecer este destruyo toda la manzana con una especie de poderes telequinéticos al ver la muerte de su padre. Aquí comenzamos luego de 2 días de dicho incidente al parecer nuestro hermano no recuerda lo sucedido y tampoco entiende porque nos encontramos sin rumbo alejándonos de la ciudad, aquí estamos al lado de una ruta rodeada de bosque yendo hacia quien sabe donde pero es necesario evitar a toda costa a la policía para mantenernos seguros ya que nadie creerá la historia de lo que sucedió.

Further on we reach the entrance to what seems to be a nature reserve, we find a car where we have the option of stealing some snacks, but for fear of the consequences and trying to keep a low profile I don't take them. I went deeper into the forest with my brother, there we found an abandoned toilet that according to my brother's words was totally disgusting. I followed the signs in the trees until we came to an elevated clearing with tables and seats, there my character had a chance to sit and reflect on everything that had happened up to that day, he wanted to break down and cry, but he had to be strong for his brother. This is something I love about the Life is strange games where after strong events happen for the characters and after a while of playing they allow us to find a place to sit, think and understand the big picture, something I think is very useful for real life itself.
Más adelante llegamos a la entrada a lo que parece ser una reserva natural, encontramos un auto donde tenemos la opción de robar unos bocadillos, pero por miedo a las consecuencias e intentando tener un perfil bajo no las tome. Me adentro más al bosque junto a mi hermano, allí encontramos un baño abandonado que según a palabras de mi hermano estaba totalmente asqueroso. Seguí las indicaciones en los arboles hasta que llegamos a un claro elevado con mesas y asientos, allí mi personaje tuvo la oportunidad de sentarse y reflexionar sobre todo lo sucedido hasta ese día, quería quebrarse y llorar, pero tenía que ser fuerte para su hermano. Esto es algo que me encanta de los juegos de Life is strange en donde tras ocurrir hechos fuertes para los personajes y tras un rato de juego nos permiten encontrar un lugar para sentarnos, pensar y entender el panorama, algo que creo que es muy útil para la propia vida real.

After this brief moment our brother approaches to talk and ask what is going on to which we change the subject trying to look happier and more relaxed, all this accompanied by beautiful views of the surroundings. Our characters continue through the forest and we help our brother to overcome some obstacles. We reach the lower part of the mountain, in front of us we see a small cave perfect for shelter for the moment and further down there is a small beach next to a river that descends from a mountain. Our brother is surprised by all this new panorama and is excited to walk around and see everything while we are worried about how we will spend the night in the open. Two clear points of view, that of our brother, an innocent and carefree look as he does not understand the position in which we find ourselves and our look as we have the responsibility to take care of him and to know everything that has happened.
Tras este breve momento nuestro hermano se acerca para hablar y preguntar que ocurre a lo que nosotros cambiamos de tema intentando parecer más felices y relajados, todo esto acompañado de unas bellas vistas del entorno. Nuestros personajes continúan por el bosque ayudamos a nuestro hermano a superar algunos obstáculos. Llegamos hasta la zona baja del monte, al frente nuestro apreciamos una pequeña cueva perfecta para refugiarnos por el momento y más abajo hay una pequeña playa al lado de un rio que desciende de una montaña. Nuestro hermano se encuentra sorprendido por todo este nuevo panorama y esta entusiasmado por recorrer y ver todo mientras nosotros estamos preocupados para saber como pasaremos la noche en la intemperie. Dos claros puntos de vista, el de nuestro hermano, una mirada inocente y despreocupada al no entender la posición en la que nos encontramos y nuestra mirada al tener la responsabilidad de cuidarlo y conocer todo lo que ha sucedido.

Before it gets dark we try to catch some fish which doesn't work, we take the opportunity to gather wood to build a small fire and keep warm. Before going to sleep Daniel asks us to tell him a bedtime story where we take the opportunity to play a little joke on him and tell him a horror story, not happy and annoyed by our joke he goes to sleep with fear, thus ending our third day of the trip.
Antes de que oscurezca intentamos pescar unos peces lo cual no funciono, aprovechamos y juntamos madera para armar una pequeña fogata y mantener el calor. Antes de dormir Daniel pide que le contemos un cuento para dormir en donde aprovechamos para hacerle una pequeña broma y le cuento una historia de terror nada contento y molesto por nuestra broma se va a dormir con miedo terminando así nuestro tercer día de viaje.

The next morning we got up and continued our journey, after a few hours of walking we found a gas station next to the road where we took advantage of the bathroom to wash up a bit. Sean, Daniel's older brother still had some cash so he went into the store to see what things were useful for his trip, at all times I was focused on keeping a low profile so they would not recognize me. I took the things I thought I might need and approached the cashier to pay. Here I had the option of trying to sneak out to take the things without paying, but I didn't want any trouble, the last thing I needed was that, I paid for the things and went outside to have breakfast with my brother.
A la mañana siguiente nos levantamos y seguimos viaje, tras unas horas de caminata encontramos una gasolinera al lado de la ruta donde aprovechamos el baño para asearnos un poco. Sean, el hermano mayor de Daniel todavía tenia algo de efectivo así que entro al comercio para ver que cosas eran de utilidad para su viaje, en todo momento estuve enfocado en mantener un perfil bajo para que no me reconocieran. Tome las cosas que creí que podría necesitar y me acerque a la caja para pagar. Aquí tenía la opción de intentar escabullirme para llevarme las cosas sin pagar, pero no quería problemas, lo que menos necesitaba era eso, pague las cosas y salí afuera para desayunar junto con mi hermano.

After opening the backpack the owner of the store approaches to say that I had stolen the things, to which I say no and that I could show him the purchase ticket and while I look for it he is in charge of hitting us and knocking us out, in that we hear that he wants to catch our brother but he manages to get free and escape. After a while we woke up inside the store handcuffed, we struggled to escape, but the design hears us and comes to beat us, he tells us that he knows who we are and knows about the killing we did. He thinks we are psychopaths who took it upon ourselves to kill some cops, but he has no idea of the real story, nor is he willing to reason. All in all, he leaves us in the dark and we will have to find a way to escape from there before the police come.
Tras abrir la mochila se acerca el dueño de la tienda a decir que yo había robado las cosas, a lo que le digo que no y que podía mostrarle el ticket de compra y mientras lo busco se encarga de golpearnos y noquearnos, en eso escuchamos que quiere atrapar a nuestro hermano pero el logra librarse y escapar. Pasado un tiempo despertamos dentro de la tienda esposados, forcejeamos para escapar, pero el diseño nos escucha y viene a golpearnos, nos dice que sabe quieres somos y sabe de la matanza que hicimos. El cree que somos unos psicópatas que nos encargamos de matar a unos policías, pero no tiene ni idea de la verdadera historia, tampoco esta dispuesto a razonar. A todo esto, nos deja en la oscuridad y nosotros tendremos que encontrar la forma de escapar de ahí antes de que venga la policía.
This moment I liked a lot because you can feel the tension and desperation of your character, first not knowing where his brother is and second not knowing what can happen to him. After advancing a little to free us, Daniel appears talking to us from the other side of the wall, there we ask him for help to free us by providing us with a tool, but the owner of the place finds out and confronts us, here our brother Daniel, under so much stress, activates his powers again destroying the place along with everything that was there. Again surprised by what we have just seen we decide to take our brother who fainted and before leaving pick up a sleeping bag for the long journey ahead.
Este momento me gusto mucho porque podes sentir la tensión y desesperación de tu personaje, primero al no saber donde esta su hermano y segundo por no saber que le puede suceder. Tras avanzar un poco para liberarnos aparece Daniel hablándonos desde el otro lado de la pared, allí nosotros le pediremos ayuda para que nos libere facilitándonos una herramienta de esta forma escapamos, pero el dueño del local se entera y nos enfrenta, aquí nuestro hermano Daniel ante tanto estrés activa nuevamente sus poderes destruyendo el lujar junto con todo lo que había. Nuevamente sorprendimos por lo que acabamos de ver decidimos tomar a nuestro hermano que se desmayó y antes de irnos recoger una bolsa de dormir para el largo recorrido que nos queda por delante.

We ran out of the store, a strong storm was falling on us and in the distance we spotted a vehicle, we ran over to ask the driver for help, luckily it was someone who had been inside the store a few hours ago, we told him what happened and he allowed us to get into the vehicle to flee from there in a hurry. This is how the first half of the chapter ends, sadly our characters can't have a moment of peace as misfortune nips at their heels, I really wish they could find their place in the world to once and for all heal.
Salimos corriendo del local, una fuerte tormenta caía sobre nosotros y a lo lejos divisamos un vehículo, nos acercamos corriendo a pedirle ayuda al conductor por suerte era alguien que hace unas horas había estado dentro de la tienda, le contamos lo que sucedió y nos permite subir al vehículo para huir a toda prisa de allí. De esta forma termina la primera mitad del capítulo, tristemente nuestros personajes no pueden tener un momento de paz ya que la desgracia les pisa los talones, realmente me gustaría que puedan encontrar su lugar en el mundo para de una vez por todas sanar.
What did you think about this little story of the adventure I'm living in life is strange 2? I feel that so far it is the rawest game of the franchise and I was told that the things that are happening are much less than what will happen to our characters later on, so I hope I'm emotionally prepared for this journey.
¿Qué les pareció esta pequeña historia de la aventura que estoy viviendo en life is strange 2? Siento que hasta ahora es el juego más crudo de la franquicia y eso que me dijeron que las cosas que están sucediendo son mucho menores a lo que le ocurrirán a nuestros personajes más adelante, así que espero estar preparado emocionalmente para esta travesía.
