Greetings gaming fans, welcome to my post once again, I'm Nitsu and today I want to bring you chapter 3 of Life is strange 2 a game with strong emotions, a heartbreaking story and characters that you can empathize with from the first moment.

In the previous chapter Sean and his brother fled for several days after the incident with the policeman and his father, they camped in the forest and the next morning they continued on their way, running into a gas station where the owner caught Sean because he believed he had killed the policeman in that incident in the city. After escaping from him we manage to get a ride to a hotel where we spend the night and our brother learns that he has powers.
Hagamos un breve repaso para refrescar nuestra mente, en el capitulo anterior Sean y su hermano huyeron durante varios días luego del incidente con el policía y su padre, acamparon en el bosque y a la mañana siguiente continuaron camino topándose con una gasolinera en donde el dueño atrapo a Sean por creer que él había asesinado al policía en aquel incidente en la ciudad. Tras escapar de el logramos conseguir que alguien nos lleve a un hotel donde pasamos la noche y nuestro hermano se entera de que él tiene poderes.

Sean and Daniel have been lucky enough to find a small abandoned cabin where they have been living for some time now. From time to time Sean ventures to a nearby town to buy some food, but after a while they are running out of money and Daniel, his little brother, has been sick for weeks so he must make a decision to stay and let his brother get worse or leave the relative comfort and continue their journey.
Sean y Daniel han tenido la suerte de encontrar una pequeña cabaña abandonada donde ya desde hace un tiempo habitan. Cada cierto tiempo Sean se aventura a una ciudad cercana para comprar algunos alimentos, pero ya pasado un tiempo se están quedando sin dinero además de que Daniel, su pequeño hermano, este enfermo desde hace semanas así que debe tomar una decisión quedarse y que su hermano empeore o abandonar la relativa comodidad y continuar su trayecto.
The brothers begin to ramble on thinking about who the house might have belonged to, the truth is they have the absolute basics, but it is much better than anything they had after the accident. Daniel doesn't want to leave the house, but Sean can't get the medications for him to get better so after some discussion they come to the conclusion that the next day they will go to their maternal grandparents to get help. After a night of playing games with Daniel and a bit of cheating by using his powers and controlling the dice we go to sleep. The next morning SETA, the little dog that Daniel saved, wants to go out to go to the bathroom so Sean opens the door while he gets ready to pick up all the things they need for the trip.
Los hermanos comienzan a divagar pensando a quien pudo haberles pertenecido la casa, la verdad cuentan con lo absolutamente básico, pero es mucho mejor que cualquier cosa que hayan tenido posterior al accidente. Daniel no quiere abandonar la casa, pero Sean no consigue los medicamentos para que el pueda mejorarse así que tras discutirlo se llega a la conclusión de que al día siguiente irían a casa de sus abuelos maternos para buscar ayuda. Tras una noche de juegos con Daniel y un poco de trampa al usar sus poderes y controlar los dados nos vamos a dormir. A la mañana siguiente SETA, la pequeña perrita que salvo Daniel tiene ganas de salir para ir al baño así que Sean abre la puerta mientras se dispone a recoger todas las cosas que necesitan para el viaje.

Once we have everything in our backpack we call Daniel to start our journey to notice that he is nowhere to be found. At first Sean is not worried because he knows that his brother is a joker, but after looking around the house we notice that there is a piece of SETA's scarf at the entrance to the forest so we go inside, after a few short steps we see blood on the ground and start running forward to see what happens. And there we see Daniel, in front of a mountain lion that has between its fangs SETA already dead, Daniel cries furious and lifts the animal with his powers here we must make a crucial decision, intercede between Daniel and the mountain lion or let Daniel take revenge.
Una vez tenemos todo en nuestra mochila llamamos a Daniel para empezar nuestra travesía para notar que no se encuentra por ninguna parte. Al principio Sean no se preocupa ya que conoce que su hermano es de hacerle bromas, pero tras buscar alrededor de la casa notamos que hay un trozo de pañuelo de la perrita SETA en la entrada al bosque así que nos adentramos, tras unos breves pasos vemos sangre en el suelo y comenzamos a correr hacia delante para ver que ocurre. Y allí vemos a Daniel, frente a un puma de montaña que tiene entre sus colmillos a SETA ya muerta, Daniel llora enfurecido y levanta al animal con sus poderes aquí nosotros debemos tomar una decisión crucial, interceder entre Daniel y el puma o dejar que Daniel tome venganza.
Clearly this is the law of nature, the puma was just hunting and as much as it breaks our souls to see our little dog show it I decided to intercede so that Daniel would not hurt the puma. This is a good example for him to understand that he should not use his powers in anger and even less with animals. The puma runs away with SETA in his teeth and we are left crying trying to comfort Daniel. Later they perform a small burial ceremony for Seta, sadly there is no body to bury, but both brothers take their time to dedicate a few brief words to him. Here Daniel understands a little better what happened and asks if SETA will meet his father. Personally it was such a simple question, but it tore my soul just thinking about it.

Mas tarde realizan una pequeña ceremonia de entierro para Seta, tristemente no hay cuerpo que enterrar, pero ambos hermanos toman su tiempo para dedicarle unas breves palabras. Aquí Daniel entiende un poco mejor lo sucedido y pregunta si SETA ya se encontrara con su padre. En lo personal fue una pregunta tan sencilla, pero me desgarro el alma con solo pensarlo.
And so again they leave what little they could build together, hoping for something better later. It was a long walk, they crossed snow, roads and routes until they reached the small town of their grandparents.

They were not sure how they would react, they had not seen them for many years, since their mother had abandoned them and on top of that they were being looked for by the police, they did not know how they would react, but it was the only option they had at that moment so they bet all their cards and pressed the doorbell. The wait at the door seemed to take forever so I knocked again only to have the children's grandmother come out in surprise. After a short introduction Daniel began to cough and the grandmother noticed that he was sick, she showed us into the house, Daniel was attended to and we went to the dining room to sit down.

Once in the dining room you could hear the grandparents murmuring in the distance, doubting what to do since they had heard about the whole incident, the truth is that as a player all that moment made me feel uncomfortable, I really felt that I was the one who was being judged and that is a highlight for life is strange 2 since it manages to get us so deep into the game that we feel that this story is ours.
Una vez en el comedor podía oírse que los abuelos murmuraban de lejos dudando de que hacer ya que se habían enterado de todo el incidente, la verdad que como jugador todo ese momento me hizo sentir incomodo, realmente sentí que yo era el que estaba siendo juzgado y eso es un puntazo para life is strange 2 ya que logra adentrarnos tanto al juego que sentimos que esa historia es nuestra.
The grandparents approach Sean and sit down to ask what happened and ask us for an explanation, after trying to tell them our story they believe us, they are willing to accommodate us as long as they can plus they understand that Daniel needs to get better from the illness he has.

That night, after many nights they were able to sleep in a comfortable and comforting bed, something they had not had for a long time. There they could really rest after all their hardships. The next morning they woke up and discovered that Grandpa had a hobby with model trains, clearly Daniel was watching all this which was new to him. We went downstairs to have breakfast and help with some things around the house.

The next day Daniel discovers that there is a neighbor his own age, and makes him believe he has powers by using his own to make him feel like a superhero. We notice this and so as not to leave everything in evidence we follow the game a bit until we can talk privately with Daniel and ask him to be more careful with what he does. The boy's father arrives and tells us that he has to go to town to do some Christmas shopping, at first we hesitate since we are incognito, but after Daniel's insistence we accept the offer and we all leave in a van.

We arrive in the city, Daniel, his friend and the father start looking for a Christmas tree to decorate while we try to find a gift for our brother in a small local fair. There we find a girl with a guitar singing and we can give her some money and listen to her beautiful voice. Really the voice of the voice actress of this character is extremely warm so every second of the song was enjoyable after chatting with her comes our brother and we introduce ourselves, they tell us that they are travelers who move smuggling trains. Later someone from the fair comes to kick them out of the place in a very rude way and so that there are no problems they decide to leave.

We return home and our grandparents had not yet returned from church, Daniel insists on going into our mother's room since he has no memory of her because she left when he was very young. The children's grandmother had explicitly asked them not to go in and since we know Daniel is not going to give up we start looking for a way to get in. Daniel says he can open the door with his powers, but we take it upon ourselves to find the key to try to do this as stealthily as possible. Once inside we find objects of our mother, forums, some poems among other things he left behind when he left.

After a little more rummaging under some objects we found a letter, a recent letter from our mother addressed to the grandparents asking them to help her grandchildren if they required her help. Clearly Sean and Daniel are very surprised, Daniel was happy thinking that his mother was worried about them but Sean was really upset and just at this precise moment the grandparents come in and find out about the whole situation, after a strong discussion the grandfather walks away saying that he can't stand all this and leaves the room. The argument continues to escalate and in the background a bang and a scream is heard.

I chose the first option, luckily the grandfather did not suffer any damage other than the scare, but they were very surprised with Daniel's powers. As soon as they got out of this predicament the police rang the doorbell saying that they knew Sean and Daniel was there since Sean logged on to his facebook account.

At the beginning of the episode we are told not to use the computer, but Sean makes mention that he can delete the history so I decided to take the risk, sadly he logs into his Facebook account and I as a player instantly knew that would lead to trouble later on so while they were with the grandparents, they quickly say goodbye and say they will make time so they can run away.

I quickly go upstairs and start grabbing all the things to once again have to leave our family, the comfort of a home and enter the path that life was putting in front of these two brothers.
