Hola queridos gamers de Hive soy Nitsu y hace algunas semanas les estuve contando sobre mi experiencia y los sentimientos que logro trasmitirme la saga de TWD de Telltale Games, el aprecio por los personajes tan bien tratados y desarrollados (Sin hablar de los problemas económicos que tuvieron para el desarrollo y la explotación laboral) pero esta vez traigo algo un poco diferente, me animaría a decir con más acción, aunque su duración es muy corta.
Hello dear gamers of Hive, I'm Nitsu and a few weeks ago I was telling you about my experience and the feelings that the TWD saga of Telltale Games managed to transmit to me, the appreciation for the characters so well treated and developed (not to mention the economic problems they had for the development and exploitation of labor) but this time I bring something a little different, I would dare to say with more action, although its duration is very short.
Si te quedaste con ganas de matar zombies, tomar decisiones y sentir muchos nervios te recomiendo el DLC de THE WALKING DEAD MICHONE, en este DLC nos adentramos en la piel de este conocido personaje. Nos situamos en Estados Unidos, vagando entre dos mundos, el real y la mente de nuestro personaje. Es algo que hasta la fecha no habíamos visto en las anteriores entregas, habíamos tenido visiones del pasado y recuerdos, pero en este caso la protagonista lucha constantemente para diferenciar la realidad de lo que imagina, se encuentra profundamente afectada por la perdida de sus dos hijas, nunca terminan de decirnos literalmente que están muertas, pero se puede entender perfectamente que Michonne se siente culpable por sus muertes.
If you were left wanting to kill zombies, make decisions and feel many nerves I recommend the DLC of THE WALKING DEAD MICHONE, in this DLC we go into the skin of this well-known character. We are located in the United States, wandering between two worlds, the real one and the mind of our character. It is something that to date we had not seen in previous installments, we had visions of the past and memories, but in this case the protagonist constantly struggles to differentiate reality from what she imagines, she is deeply affected by the loss of her two daughters, they never end up literally telling us that they are dead, but you can perfectly understand that Michonne feels guilty for their deaths.
Por momentos la narrativa es un poco floja, pero me animo a decir que en el corto tiempo de juego que nos ofrece logra brindarnos una gran dosis de violencia, tiros y machetazos por lo que tengo entendido esta historia comprende los comics 126 y 139 tal vez es uno de los juegos más flojos de telltale pero en su momento sirvió para contener la ansias de espera por las nuevas temporadas de TWD the game.
At times the narrative is a little weak, but I dare say that in the short game time it offers us manages to give us a large dose of violence, shootings and machetes, as far as I understand this story includes the 126 and 139 comics, it is perhaps one of the weakest games of Telltale, but at the time it served to contain the anxieties of waiting for the new seasons of TWD the game.

En esta entrega no sentimos que nuestras decisiones tengan una gran importancia debido a la corta duración, pero personalmente quede muy conforme con las opciones de dialogo y acciones que puede llevar a cabo nuestro personaje, creo que logra generar simpatía con otros personajes que aparecen exceptuando tal vez a algunos miembros de la tribulación del barco donde Michonne se encuentra viviendo en este periodo. Logramos entender y comprender como la protagonista se ha convertido en lo que es ahora, alguien desconfiada, fría y que lucha constantemente con los monstruos de su pasado.
In this installment we do not feel that our decisions have a great importance due to the short duration, but personally I was very pleased with the dialogue options and actions that can carry out our character, I think it manages to generate sympathy with other characters that appear except perhaps some members of the tribulation of the ship where Michonne is living in this period. We manage to understand and comprehend how the protagonist has become what she is now, someone distrustful, cold and constantly struggling with the monsters of her past.
En cuanto a jugabilidad y mecánicas no ofrece absolutamente nada nuevo, en general las teclas y acciones a realizar son como la de anteriores entregas, en parte ayuda a la comodidad a la hora de jugar ya que es algo intuitivo para el jugador. Hablando del apartado visual se ve como los anteriores juegos debido a que fue creado con el mismo motor gráfico, pero algo que destaco son las cinemáticas de los inicios de capitulo que en mi opinión se ven muy bien. Cuenta con tres episodios que tranquilamente podemos terminar en dos horas se juego.
In terms of gameplay and mechanics offers absolutely nothing new, in general the keys and actions to perform are like the previous installments, partly helps comfort when playing as it is somewhat intuitive for the player. Speaking of the visuals, it looks like the previous games because it was created with the same graphics engine, but something that stands out are the cinematics of the beginnings of the chapter that in my opinion look very good. ¿Recomiendo comprarlo? Personalmente recomiendo adquirirlo en una rebaja de steam, claro que es necesario tener el juego base para poder jugarlo, pero no recomiendo que este sea el primero que juegues de la franquicia si no mas bien que lo juegues cuando estes contextualizado con otros episodios y entregas, mas que nada sirve para llenar el vacío que te deja la historia principal al terminarlo.
Do I recommend buying it? Personally I recommend buying it in a steam sale, of course you need to have the base game to play it, but I do not recommend that this is the first you play of the franchise if not rather that you play it when you are contextualized with other episodes and deliveries, more than anything serves to fill the void left by the main story when you finish it.
