Episode #2 - Caveman life is hard...
The day started with me collecting different resources around the island like wood, sticks and more stones.
I did this almost the whole day, so when the sun started to go down, I quickly realized that I don't want to spend another night in a hole, so I started building a temporary shelter with the block I had the most... Dirt!
Ahh... so nostalgic. I remember back in the days, around 10 years ago when I first started playing Minecraft. My first house looked something like this(probably mixed with wood and sand, because I was rushing to build something before night time. I was so afraid of the mobs back then 😁
Unfortunately, I couldnt finish the "house" in time and was attacked by mobs, so I was forced to spent another night in the hole...
Everything else was nice for now. The problem I was facing the most is running out of space in my inventory. So I did the logical thing and looked into what type of chests were available.
And after combining a stone with some planks we had the most basic type of chest. It was not very good, but atleast it looked somewhat nice.
And after some time, as daytime was just around the corner I made myself some cobblestone tools. Now I remembered what the "unknown" flint tool from the last episode was... It was actually a pickaxe(didn't look like one) and with It I was able to mine cobblestone.
Damn dude... I wouldn't want to be someone with arachnophobia and play this pack... 😂😂
Coming back to my dirt house I saw a zombie guy spawned inside. It's normal because of the lack of a light source for so long...(being already at the 6th episode created, I realized that I could basically make torches on the 1st night, but oh well....
And with my luck the problems just come one after the other...
Right as I killed the zombie and with just 1 heart left, I decide to leave the house and boooom... Some golem guy says, Hello and goodbye and shoots a laser beam at me, ending me once again 🤣🤣
After getting my stuff back and dealing with the golem, I found a dire wolf and by killing it, it dropped some wolf pelt which we can use to make beginner armor.
I decided to focus on finally moving my stuff to the dirt hut and getting some progress made.
I created some fire with 2 sticks, as well as making the most basic fire place. With it we can place food into it to cook it, as well as provide some light.
And here I think I just took this screenshot and told to myself Okay I'm actually making some progress 😄
And to wrap things up, we're gonna end the episode staring at a horse's bum, while a sheep rams it's head in the corner of our humble abode 🤣😁.
