Episode #9 - Storage upgrades & More exploration
The chests that we have at this moment are too small, and were already getting filled up, so it was time for me to do some crafting and make some more.
Not much but it will do the job for now. I hope when we pass this "Tutorial" Age we can get better chests, because these are too small and it's a hassle to craft them.
The problem I had with crafting up to this point was that our Work Stump Mk1 could only take one item at a time, so I decided to go exploring for dark oak wood that will enable me to craft the Mk2.
With it I will finally be able to place multiple items in the crafting grid and this will make my life a lot easier.
Mr. Sun has just woken up and it's time to go exploring. 😉
First I stopped by a snowy biome( I don't know the exact name.. maybe Ice spikes?) and there was a village that I wanted to check out.
Nothing interesting though and I quickly went to look for the next island.
Not long after I found the Dark oak biome. I think it was called roofed forest.
I started chopping down the trees from up top trying to get as much as possible, so I don't have to come back here anytime soon.
I actually did this until night time, so I got like a stack or two which is okay for now ( At least I hope it is. 😄)
On my way back to the base, I found some structure on the bottom of an island. It was actually the End dungeon. What a nice find early on.
It was actually not that important, because at this point I'm nowhere close to prepared for visiting the end, so I didn't care much.
And after short day of collecting Dark oak wood and flying around the void I was back to my home island. Time to rest 😁
