I'm Farmer Starr, and I'd like to extend a warm welcome to my Farm on dCrops. 
IT'S AUTUMN SEASON!!! I'm excited to tell you all about it. Before that, let me gist you on everything you need to know about this awesome game called dCrops, so hop on my farm truck and let's take a joy ride around the farm.
dCrops is a cryptocurrency-collectible farming simulation game built on the Hive blockchain. The game's main premise is to plant seeds, wait for crops to mature, and then harvest them. On dCrops, you have complete control over your farm and can sell your harvest in-game for CROP, dCrops' native token. These Crop tokens can be immediately exchanged for real money💰.
Farming on dCrops is no different than farming in real life. It has four seasons, and each season takes 15 days. Also each season has it's own unique set of seeds to plant. These 
seeds are available as NFTS, which can be purchased; once purchased, they become your personal collection, and you can do whatever you want with them.

These seeds must be planted, just like in real life, and after a few days, depending on the duration, they're ready for harvesting and selling at the farmers' market. These NFT-seeds are also available in different rarities, such as 
COMMON, 
RARE, 
EPIC, and 
LEGENDARY. Some seeds mature in 2-12 days, while others have unique abilities due to their rarity. It's worth noting that these seeds are not just one-time-use-only but forever-use-so-long-as-its-in-season. Once purchased, they will always be available for planting after a 14-day harvest cool-down period, implying that they will be ready for use again the following season. Isn't that cool?😀.
So we have the seeds, but what do we do with them? This is the most intriguing part. Dcrops, like in real life, owns virtual farmlands that you can buy and then own. These farmlands are available as NFTs in varying rarities. Some have special abilities that grant multiple harvest shares based on rarity when sold, a.k.a. "monie$". So you plant the seeds that's in Season on of the vacant lands available. Again these Farmland are-not-seasonal like the seeds, they're available for use all year round forever😉

👉(A)To start Playing dCrops, you will need a HIVE ACCOUNT. You can visit https://www.dcrops.com/?ref=queenstarr to Login by typing in your Hive Username and clicking on LOGIN WITH KEYCHAIN. Hive Keychain stores your Hive account keys securely and locally on your device for easier access.
👉 (B) If you do not have a Hive account, then you can simply create one by clicking on CREATE ACCOUNT to check out the different signup options available. Once done, return to (A) above👆.
👉If after trying (A) &/or (B) but still face problems, simply Hop right into the Dcrops Discord Server and someone surely will attend to you.

My dCrops journey began in November 2021. After successfully onboarding Hive, I proceeded to create a DCROPS account. Soon after, I purchased my first ever DCALPHA pack {dCrops Alpha - First Edition} via Leodex.io and boom!!! I pulled a LEGENDARY HI-TECH LAND with some incredible seeds.
A DCALPHA pack contains 5 NFT random cards of which 1 rare seed or land is guaranteed. You may get all seeds or all lands or a mix of both. So it was always fingers crossed when opening a pack🤞😂
✅We currently are in Autumn season with 9 days to go. I first applied my farm boosters; Ferti-plus and Speed-grows which I got from my last season's chest quest by simply tapping on Apply boosters then selecting the plot I want it applied on. After that, checked my seeds basket and planted;

Completing Chest Quest saves me the cost of buying boosters for my farm, plus once the Building construction phase kicks in, I'd have decent materials to set it up. Lastly, I love to pop-open chest & find these random treasures😆
👉 I make sure to visit the farmers market at https://www.dcrops.com/market and buy single seed(s) ahead of it's season and Land(s) mid season, it's usually cheaper to be honest. All I do is filter the Rarity, Edition, Season and Type or just search by name.
👉 At the end of a season or two [or three depends when I've got the fund], I try to buy atleast a DCALPHA pack, just something to surprise myself. I do love gifts, so I choose to surprise myself & that's not sad atall✌️😂
👉 dCrops rewards members who post quality articles about dCrops. Any good publicity is good publicity, and it benefits everyone. As a result, before now I have tried to make a post every 2 weeks in order to earn some rewards to put back into the game. That's basically how I fund and grow my blockchain games.
👉 Finally, something I've been working on for about 15 seasons is patience, and it's not without reason. At the end of each season, DCrops adds approximately 440,000 CROP TOKENS to the reward pool for players to draw from based on the number of shares sold. As a result, the greater the number of shares, the greater the reward. The first time I sold, I made very little. So I started building my account, and been storing it ever since. My intention is to sell once i've gotten a decent amount of shares to atleast be competitive on the leadeboard.
The leaderboard will be updated every 2 hours until the final whistle blows and the rewards are distributed. Currently, assuming it is the end of the season and steemmillionaire has topped the board by selling 9,181 shares, he will earn/profit 71,247.178 CROP TOKEN (approximately 242.31Hive - $128). The good news is that this can be earned every 15-days at the end of the season. Dcrops ensures that committed and invested players are rewarded. You would benefit continuously over time. Isn't that incredible?🎉
