La estructura argumental de Cadence of Hyrule funciona como un spin-off, secuela y crossover entre Crypt of the NecroDancer y The Legend of Zelda: La historia, como es costumbre, nos presenta a la exploradora Cadence que, luego de salvar a su padre en la anterior entrega, es transportada por una fuerza misteriosa al mágico hogar de Link y sus amigos. — Solo para darse cuenta de que un enemigo llamado Octavio está usando la música como arma, para sumir al reino de Hyrule en las tinieblas.
Con con astucia y trabajo en equipo, Cadance (guiada por el jugador) deberá hacer todo lo posible en ayudar a Zelda y Link en su aventura de derrotar a los esbirros de Ganondorf y al mal que habita en su tierra...
Two worlds coming TOGETHER
The plot structure of Cadence of Hyrule works as a spin-off, sequel and crossover between Crypt of the NecroDancer and The Legend of Zelda: The Story, as usual, introduces us to the explorer Cadence who, after saving her father in the Previous installment, she is transported by a mysterious force to the magical home of Link and his friends. — Only to realize that an enemy named Octavian is using music as a weapon to plunge the kingdom of Hyrule into darkness.
With cunning and teamwork, Cadance (guided by the player) must do everything she can to help Zelda and Link on their quest to defeat Ganondorf's minions and the evil that inhabits their land...
Una jugabilidad con la esencia de NINTENDO
Antes de iniciar la primera partida, el jugador podrá elegir uno de los tres personaje principales para controlar. La extranjera pero comprometida Cadance; Zelda, que haciendo uso de la sabiduría de los Hylian podrá invocar un fuego abrasador; y finalmente Link, que a parte de su magnífica espada tendrá a disposición otros objetos como arco, flechas y escudos. — La elección no efecto el transcurso.
Una vez superado este obstáculo, el videojuego presenta una mecánica (relativamente sencilla) en donde el jugador, valiéndose de su habilidad sonora, deberá moverse a través del escenario al ritmo de las melodías; evitando el patrón de los enemigos y las trampas de las mazmorras — Toda esta combinación, presentes en la anterior entrega, pueden hacer de la jugabilidad una experiencia estresantemente adictiva.
En cuanto a los mapas, haciendo uso del menú de inicio, el jugador podrá observar el reino de Hyrule; un mapa único generado aleatoria y proceduralmente en donde hay playas, praderas, campos, bosques, montañas, etc. — Una elección que los desarrolladores tomaron para que cada viaje sea distinto al anterior.
También presenta una cantidad considerable de ítems distribuidos por todos lados; sin embargo, la obtención de la gran mayoría dependen de la suerte y la aleatoriedad...
La exploración se convierte en un recurso indispensable para la progresión y supervivencia del personaje; encontrar tiendas, mazmorras, fuentes, y otros lugares será necesario para aumentar el poder del héroe controlado.
Cabe destacar que los mapas de Hyrule están compuestos por puzzles, los cuales permiten al jugador acceder a piezas de corazón u objetos coleccionables...
A gameplay with the essence of NINTENDO

Un juego de RITMO
Volviendo a sus raíces naturales, Nintendo diseño un apartado visual inspirado en los juegos clásicos; en específico The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. — Compartiendo con los jugadores de la vieja escuela un título con escenarios similares, aunque adaptado a la jugabilidad de Crypt of the NecroDancer.
Cadence of Hyrule es un juego retro-moderno con gráficos de 16-bit, bonitos coloreado de locaciones, nostálgico modelados de personajes y una estética general propia de Nintendo (con una resolución de 1080p y una velocidad de 60fps) — Una decisión muy acertada.
En cuanto a su banda sonora, se han utilizado temas re-orquestados de The Legend of Zelda (no solo de la primera entrega, también de otros); todo acompañado de una melodía que transportan al jugador al mismísimo mundo de Link. — Un excelente trabajo sonoro realizado.
A RHYTHM game
Returning to its natural roots, Nintendo designed images inspired by classic games; specifically The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. - Share with old school players a title with similar scenarios, although adapted to the gameplay of Crypt of the NecroDancer.
Cadence of Hyrule is a retro-modern game with 16-bit graphics, beautiful location colors, nostalgic character modeling, and an overall Nintendo aesthetic (1080p resolution and 60fps speed) — A very wise decision.
As for its soundtrack, reorchestrated themes from The Legend of Zelda have been used (not only from the first installment, but also from others); all accompanied by a melody that transports the player to Link's own world. — An excellent sound job done.
CONCLUSIÓN
Cadence of Hyrule es un título con un estilo con el que pocos desarrolladores se atreverían a experimentar; aun sabiendo la importancia entre la unión entorno/personajes. — Lejos de crear complicaciones, esta particular combinación logro capturar el interés de la multitud que consumen pocos productos independientes.
Es un videojuego diseñado para aportar la posibilidad de jugar con variadas dificultades y, a pesar de que pueden ser complicadas, es una experiencia que se disfruta muchísimo.
Un crossover osado que cumple con las expectativas y el HYPE que genera...
CONCLUSION
Cadence of Hyrule is a title with a style that few developers would dare to experiment with; even knowing the importance between the environment/characters union. — Far from creating complications, this particular combination managed to capture the interest of the crowd that consumes few independent products.
It is a video game designed to offer the possibility of playing with various difficulties and, although they can be complicated, it is an experience that is very enjoyed.
A daring crossover that lives up to the hype and the HYPE it generates ...
