King Arthur: Knight's tale is truly something to enjoy when you have nothing else to do. I often have the urge to rush. Not just with games. You could say that I am a pretty impatient person when it comes to achieving something that I'm interested in. These last couple of years, I have been learning to appreciate and take the time for something.

One miss-click away to fuckup
I'm playing the game in Rogue mode, which is as hardcore as it can get. Everything is permanent, which means I have to think extra twice on moves and decisions. So far, everything has been working out pretty well. The only thing I'm concerned about is getting the right upgrades for my castle. You only got one chance, there is no loading, no saving. Once you're dead, you're dead.
This means I can't afford any miss-clicks, it would cost me the entire progress of the game. That, I'm sure about.

No read-ups
When I look for new games, I just check out the graphics, the style, and as little as possible gameplay clips. I like to explore, find more about the game mechanics myself, and have a first experience on how "I" play it as an individual. The how-to's would tell you how to play the game and are often filled with so many spoilers, it wouldn't be even fun to play it yourself, right?
While I used to game a lot, like pretty hardcore, non-stop, I often ended up finding glitches, game exploits, bugs, and other stuff. The fun thing is you probably will find something yourself, the downside is that you can't complete a quest line or something. Doing this over the years, you can quickly recognize various game mechanics that are used in other games as well. Even if it were just pieces, it's extremely helpful to progress on your own (and you understand the game a little bit better).
Check out my live stream as I'm going to play another mission of King Arthur: a Knight's Tale.
The last time that I played King Arthur: Knight's Tale, I've been finishing two missions and all my heroes are still alive (except Kay, he's a bit damaged). Hopefully, I didn't fuck up, but I noticed it's going to become a lot harder from now. I wish you could -redo- missions to get more exp and train your warriors. I guess that's why they made a training ground... but if the missions are finished, what is left to do?
Thank you for watching, and see you next time.
