Lamentablemente germain logra escapar del lugar con vida a pesar de la búsqueda de elise y arno, esto culmina en una discusión entre elise y arno, ya que elise le dice que ahora será difícil encontrar a germain ya que este sabe que están detrás de él y tratarán de matarlo, por lo que tendrá cuidado ahora a la vista del ojo público, por lo que será mas complicado poder verlo vulnerable en las calles, elise le dice a arno que ella está dispuesta a sacrificar todo por lograr acabar con germain incluso si eso sacrifica su propia vida, a lo que arno se queda sin palabras y elise solo le dice que si el no tiene la misma sed de venganza en contra de germain no necesita de su ayuda y se retira del lugar.
