What's up, gamers? Everything alright? Today I'm back with more of Claire's adventure in Resident Evil 2. In the previous part I discovered that there is one more survivor in the police station, it's a little girl who unfortunately ran away when I tried to help her, now my goal is to find her while my friend Leon is looking for a way for us to escape from Raccoon City.

This time my journey begins on the second floor of the police station, specifically inside a solitary library, here the first thing that caught my attention were four metal bookcases with switches and the strange painting of a warrior woman armed with a sword that was holding the decapitated head of a person.

First, I tried to solve this puzzle by pressing the buttons on the bookcases from left to right and vice versa but nothing happened, then I decided to examine other bookcases that were in the above level of the library to see if there was some clue that could help me, to my surprise before the wooden floor over there gave way and I fell into a secret room.

It turns out that in this place I discovered a switch, I decided to press it and a red light on the bookcases were activated, I also noticed that on the wall from the left side of the room there was a bronze plate with an image that showed the solution to the puzzle.

Once I managed to arrange the bookcases in the order indicated to me, a small secret compartment under the bronze plate opened, inside of it there was an object in the form of a square stone with the drawing of a serpent.

I continued my way through the right side of the second floor of the building until I found a safe room. Here, the first thing that caught my gaze was a shining golden object on top of a seat that turned out to be a lighter.

In addition, on top of a desk I found the disturbing diary of a secretary describing how fascinated the chief of police was with a painting depicting a nude person being hanged, in case you don't remember I showed you that macabre painting in the previous episode.

Further on, I came across a corridor where I found a few zombies and a crashed helicopter, this area was engulfed in flames so it was impossible for me to get close to examine the doors I saw at the back, so I had no choice but to leave.

As soon as I entered an adjoining corridor, I felt a terrible shiver, because I could only hear a spectral silence accompanied by the disturbing squawking of some birds, to make the atmosphere worse on the floor I saw the bloody corpse of a policeman who had many small wounds in his body.

As I continued to move forward, a flock of crows flew through the windows to attack me while a creepy music was playing in the background. Before the birds could surround me, I managed to run to the end of the corridor and found a door that led me to the roof of the police station.

Outside, the first thing I noticed was the burning helicopter I mentioned before, after I examined my surroundings, I discovered that there was a water tank that could be useful to put out the fire, the problem is that I needed a tool for doing so.

Then, I went down some stairs that led me to an area below, in this place there were several poles lighting the way and a handful of zombies eager to feed on me, while I was eliminating them I could hear louder the chilling sound of the wind and more undead wandering outside the police station.

After that, I arrived at a room that looked like a cabin, here I found some important objects; a crossbow that was on top of a metal desk and a valve handle next to a chair, it turns out that this was the tool I was looking for.

Then I went to investigate a door that was at the back, but I ended up getting a big scare with two zombies that slipped into the room, before any more of them could come, I left.

Back on the roof, I used the valve handle until I saw how the water tank cracked due to the water pressure, this caused the fire in the helicopter to be extinguished. After that I decided to go back to that corridor where I saw the helicopter for the first time.

Once there, I examined the door on the left and noticed that it could not be opened, apparently I had to find a way to destroy it completely to pass to the other side, then as soon as I moved away from the door, I heard the screaming of a woman, could it be the secretary who wrote that diary I told you before?

Following that, I came upon a gloomy looking room in which there were some cardboard boxes, wooden clocks, vases and many paintings. On top of some paintings that were stacked on the left, I noticed a shining object that turned out to be another key.

And that’s all for today's episode. The truth is that narrating this is more complicated than I expected, especially because I like it to sound like a short story with a bit of suspense. Anyway, on the next part I will tell you about the areas I explored using the new key and you will also see what´s the purpose of that sinister painting that I've been talking about.

¿Qué tal Gamers? ¿Todo bien? Hoy estoy de vuelta con la aventura de Claire en Resident Evil 2. En la parte anterior descubrí que hay otro superviviente más en la estación de policía, se trata de una niña que lamentablemente huyó cuando trate de ayudarla, ahora mi objetivo es encontrarla mientras mi amigo Leon busca una vía para que escapemos de la ciudad infestada de zombis.

Mi recorrido en este episodio comienza en el segundo piso de la estación de policía, específicamente dentro de una solitaria biblioteca, aquí lo primero que llamó mi atención fueron cuatro libreros metálicos con unos interruptores y el cuadro de una guerrera armada con una espada que sostenía la decapitaba cabeza de una persona.

Lo que hice fue Intentar resolver este puzzle presionando los botones de los libreros en el orden de izquierda a derecha y viceversa pero no pasó nada, entonces decidí ir a examinar otros libreros que estaban en el pasillo de arriba de la biblioteca en busca de alguna pista que pudiera ayudarme, para mi sorpresa antes de que llegara al final del pasillo el piso cedió y caí en una habitación secreta.

Resulta que en ese lugar descubrí un interruptor, decidí presionarlo y se activaron unas luces rojas en los libreros, además note que en la pared del lado izquierdo de la habitación había una placa de bronce con una imagen que mostraba la solución del puzzle.

Una vez que logre acomodar los libreros en el orden que me indicaban, se revelo un pequeño compartimiento secreto con un objeto debajo de la placa de bronce, se trataba de una piedra cuadrada con el dibujo de una serpiente.

Continúe mi camino pasando por el nivel superior de la entrada principal de la estación de policía hasta que halle una habitación segura. Aquí lo primero que llamó mi atención fue un objeto dorado brillante encima de un asiento que resultó ser un encendedor.

Además, encima de un escritorio encontré el inquietante diario de una secretaria que describía lo fascinado que estaba el jefe de la policía con una pintura de una persona desnuda colgando, por si no lo recuerdan ese extraño cuadro se los mostré en la parte pasada.

Más adelante, di con un corredor en el que me encontré con unos cuantos zombis y un helicóptero hecho trizas, esta zona estaba envuelta en llamas por lo que se me hizo imposible acercarme a examinar unas puertas que vi al fondo, así que me vi obligado a abandonar este sitio.

Apenas entre en un corredor contiguo, sentí un terrible escalofrió, debido a que solo se escuchaba un silencio espectral acompañado de los inquietantes graznidos de unos pájaros, para empeorar el ambiente en el piso observe el cadáver ensangrentado de un policía que tenía muchos agujeros pequeños en el cuerpo.

En lo que seguí avanzando, una bandada de cuervos atravesó las ventanas para atacarme mientras sonaba una espeluznante música de fondo similar a esas que ponen en los momentos más angustiantes de las películas de terror. Tuve que actuar rápido, así que antes de que los pájaros me rodearan corrí hacia el final del pasillo hasta que di con una puerta que me condujo al tejado de la estación de policía.

Afuera lo primero que observe fue el helicóptero en llamas que les mencione antes, después de que examine los alrededores, descubrí que en la parte de arriba había un tanque de agua que me podría servir para apagar el incendio, el problema es que necesitaba de una herramienta.

Sin más, descendí por a unas escaleras metálicas que me condujeron a una zona de abajo, por este lugar había varios postes iluminando el camino y un puñado de zombies deseosos de alimentarse de mí, mientras los iba eliminando escuchaba más fuerte el escalofriante sonido del viento y los quejidos de más muertos vivientes deambulando por fuera de la estación de policía.

Posteriormente, llegue a una especie de cabina en la que encontré varios objetos, entre ellos una ballesta que estaba encima de un escritorio de metal y una válvula manivela junto a una silla, esta era la herramienta que estaba buscando.

Luego quise investigar una puerta que estaba al fondo pero termine llevándome tremendo susto con dos zombis que se escabulleron en el lugar, así que antes que vinieran más abandone la cabina.

De vuelta en el tejado, use la válvula manivela hasta que vi como el tanque se agrieto por la presión del agua, esto provoco que el incendio del helicóptero se extinguiera, después de eso decidí regresar a aquel pasillo en el que vi el helicóptero por primera vez.

Una vez allí, me dispuse a examinar la puerta del lado izquierdo y note que no se podía abrir, al parecer tenía que buscar la forma de destruirla por completo para poder pasar hacia el otro lado, luego apenas me aleje de la puerta, escuche el escalofriante grito de una mujer ¿Será la secretaria que escribió aquel diario que les conté antes?

Después eso, di con una habitación de aspecto lúgubre en la que había varias cajas de cartón, relojes de madera, vasijas y muchos cuadros. Encima de los cuadros que estaban apilados al lado izquierdo observe un objeto brillante que resultó ser otra llave.

Y eso es todo por el episodio de hoy. La verdad es que narrar esto no me parece tan sencillo porque a mí me gusta que suene como si fuese una historia corta con toquecitos de suspenso. En fin, en la próxima parte les mostrare las zonas que explore usando la nueva llave y también verán que utilidad tiene esa pintura siniestra de la que les he hablado.
