I've been playing crownrend since it came out

and it's been at the very least an interesting little thing to play around with and generally is enjoyable, what can I say.. Idle games and incremental games are my thing.

That being said, it's not been easy, I've been going the free to play route (minus the initial buy-in) and slowly grinding my way up in levels and power.. slowly but surely getting stronger... But as I grew it became increasingly harder to progress and increasingly frustrating coming back to the game to claim DENAR only to find I have none or very little to claim.

But that is just the nature of the game, Unclaimed DENAR can be stolen if you are attacked! I was building my defences and leaving my attack power low because I could just poke some newbies instead. (yeah I'm evil)

But it certainly was becoming annoying building up my income only to not reap the rewards due to getting attacked so often.

So I decided screw it.. I'm buying DENAR and a lot of it..

I had been waiting since release because I knew that the price of DENAR would drop a lot, it's by design.. there is a absolute metric ton being printed now, most gets spent on buying chests.

I think I ended up spending $45 worth of hive buying around 7.5k DENAR, Primarily I spent my first 1000 on 10 chests. Netting me 10 commons buildings.

It's fine! 80% chance for common, figures really.. Also I could equip those buildings further boosting my power where I previously had none.. It's a win regardless.

But.. then I brought 10 more. and I hit an epic! That's a 1% chance to get.

BIG WIN!! Suddenly I'm producing so much DENAR I had to dump almost 1.5k DENAR into leveling my vault!

I also spent a bit on toughness for more defence to ward off a larger percentage of the playerbase and then I brought more chests.

Overall I've brought and opened 62 chests.

I scored BIG today!

I got a mythical! That's 0.1% chance.. AND it's largely defence based with TRADE POWER!

This one card changes everything! I'm suddenly immune from attack by a large portion of the playerbase and my income is now insane compared to before.
I've also burnt a lot of the common crap I didn't need gaining ORI which I plan to use to level up the mythical and I have pretty much filled all equipable slots.

Needless to say, I have renewed enthusiasm in the game.. I'm looking forward to being able to place larger chunks of DENAR and purchase chest more regularly.

I'll leave you with an overview of my city as it is of writing this post.. no doubt someone will likely search it up and attack me for that 16 DENAR sitting unclaimed.... I'm on to you.. >.>
