Deus Ex Invisible War gameplay 02-10

Resuming the single player mission at Emerald Suites, I search the roof top and see if there is anything worth grabbing. After completing my mission I check out the other rooms in this building. Always lots to look for in the Deus Ex series. You can replay this game many times and find new secret rooms or ways to get into areas that you did not know about.

Picking locks, hacking terminals and ATMs is quite common in this game. Even some locked doors can be blown off with explosives.

My favorite gun in the game must be this or the rocket launcher, the plasma rifle is pretty bad ass too. I know they had them in the previous game but I am not quite far enough in this one to get it yet. Those tend to be heavy weapons that you find later on in the game. This being one of the first few missions I will have to wait to find one.

Laser trip lines are all over this room. And will set off an alarm and release robotic guards if I mess up.

I take a moment to upgrade my augmentations, being part robot I can add upgrades to myself to make the gameplay easier.

Hacking is a good one, you can control cameras and turrets later on.

I do not think I can shoot with this one but I believe later in the game I can.

The gold lasers kill you instantly, so you cannot pass through them without disabling.

Heading back to the club to collect my reward for handling the person at the apartments.

There was an ATM that I wanted to hack but as soon as I tried the camera near by would see me. And then I would get shot to pieces when the alarm was tripped. So I decided to disable it.

Now I can hack it without much concern, as long as the human guard does not walk by.

Sneaking my way through the transit building I use my shotgun to take out the first guard.

The second guard I throw a spider bot out and using it along with my dart gun I take down the second guard.

In his panic he runs into the room where I am hiding and I give him a few more darts.

There is my bot friend, its cool to be able to spawn in robots to help you.

So at this point I get quite lost and cannot figure out how to proceed. I just go for the kill everyone approach though that did not seem to help.

Thought maybe staking the bodies would help, maybe I need to look up on a guide how to proceed. I have not played this game in nearly twenty years so its something I need to look up sometimes to figure out how to move forward. I find video walkthroughs work the best for figuring out where I need to go.
