Hello, everyone! It's time for another Battle Mage Secrets Weekly Challenge from Splinterlands. In this post, we will discuss the Super Sneak ruleset, where all melee units gain the Sneak ability. For this battle challenge, I will share a Bronze League Modern Format battle in which I used Quora Towershead to secure the victory. Let's take a closer look.

All melee units gain the Sneak ability. Sneak: Targets the last Monster on the enemy Team instead of the first Monster. (This is only true if the monster with Sneak ability is not in the first position.) |
I used Quora Towershead because it has both Magic and Melee Attack, and since it can now attack from any position, this ruleset maximizes Quora Towershead's attack power output.
For this battle, here is the ruleset and mana cap to be considered: Here we have only one ruleset, which is "Super Sneak: All melee units gain the Sneak ability." The mana cap is 35, and the active elements are Fire, Water, Earth, Light, and Dragon. The mana cap is perfect to summon Quora Towershead. With that said, here is my line-up for this battle.
Summoner: Helios Matriarch - This summoner allows the use of one Gladiator card in battle, and at the start of the battle, all friendly monsters receive +1 Speed. I need this card to be able to summon Quora Towershead because it is a Gladiator card.
First Position: Venari Marksrat - This card's purpose is to buff the adjacent monster with its Martyr ability.
Second Position: Quora Towershead - This card has both Magic and Melee Attack, allowing it to attack in this ruleset even from the second position.
Third Position: Sporcerer - This card reduces the armor of all enemy units by 2. I need this card so that if the enemy units have armor, my melee attack monsters will not be hindered by their thick armor.
Fourth Position: Grund - This card can attack twice in one round and is one of my main attackers in this battle.
Fifth Position: Fungus Fiend - This card will act as a shield for backline attackers and can also attack even from the fifth position.
The Strategy: The idea is to leverage Grund's double attack and Quora Towershead's two attack types to defeat enemies, starting from the back or so I hope.
The enemy used Yodin Zaku, one of the legendary cards that provide unparalleled attack power. The opponent also placed Antoid Platoon at the farthest back to shield their lineup against monsters with the Sneak ability. I may be at a huge disadvantage, but let's see how I managed to win.
In the first round, my Quora Towershead and Grund failed to kill the Antoid Platoon, while my Venari Marksrat was easily killed. This buffed Quora Towershead's stats.
In the second round, Grund managed to defeat the Antoid Platoon, but my Sporcere was easily killed. The -2 Armor debuff was then removed from the enemy lineup.
In the third round, the enemy regained its +2 Armor buff. And at the start of this round, both Quora Towershead and Grund have only 3 HP remaining.
At the start of Round 4, the enemy still has four attackers, while I only have Quora Towershead with 2 HP.
However, I still managed to win this battle. Are you curious about how I did it? You can check the full battle replay here - Battle Replay from Splinterlands.
The Super Sneak ruleset is undoubtedly a sneaky one. You wouldn't know if the opponent will make use of it, or if they will stick to their normal attack pattern. Luckily, Quora Towershead has the Bloodlust ability, which is incredibly useful in any situation.
