Atravesar mazmorras con espada en mano y un escudo puede ser una aventura bastante épica , y no solo con una espada, puedes conjurar hechizos para acabar con los seres malignos que habitan esas mazmorras, pero, nunca pensaríamos que explorar mazmorras utilizando nuestras lagrimas como armas fuese muy divertido, acabando con enemigos cada vez más variados y con diferentes maneras de atacarnos y a su vez consiguiendo más desbloqueables, The Binding of Isaac es un indie muy prometedor que ha dejado una huella bastante notable en el mundo de los indies y los videojuegos en general, por su concepto bastante atractivo y las horas de juego que tiene disponible.
The Binding of Isaac came out in 2011, created by Edmun McMillen and Himsl Florian, a roguelike in which we control a little boy named Isaac who tries to escape from his mother, a religious fanatic who after hearing the voice of "God" tries to sacrifice her son, when trying to escape from our mother we hide in the basement, it is there the epicenter where our adventures will take place in which we will face many enemies that have very similar elements to our character, but still each type of enemy is very unique.
The Binding of Isaac salió en el 2011, creado por Edmun McMillen y Himsl Florian, un roguelike en el que controlamos a un pequeño niño llamado Isaac que intenta escapar de su madre, una fanática religiosa que luego de oír la voz de "Dios" intenta sacrificar a su hijo, al intentar escapar de nuestra madre nos ocultamos en el sótano, es ahí el epicentro donde transcurrirán nuestras aventuras en el que nos enfrentaremos con muchos enemigos que tienen elementos muy similares a nuestro personaje, pero aun así cada tipo de enemigo es muy único.
Hay enemigos con forma humanoide, arácnidas y otras más extrañas y bizarras, cada uno con una manera distinta de atacar, disparan, persiguen y hasta explotan, mientras avanzas irás descubriendo nuevos enemigos que pondrán a prueba tu habilidad para no dejar que te hagan daño, deberás afinar tus sentidos para que tu movimiento sea lo bastante habilidoso para moverte por las habitaciones, cada run está diseñada de manera aleatoria, por lo que en cada habitación deberás usar los elementos que la componen para usarlos a tu favor, usar las piedras u otros obstáculos para movilizarte de manera eficaz y no morir.

The aesthetics of the game is very charismatic, is a unique aesthetic and very characteristic of the game, the colors, character designs and atmosphere combine very well to create a formula for the game, the graphics are nothing out of this world, but the visual personality of the game is very pleasant to see and interact with it, has a slightly cartoonish aesthetic that uses as an excuse to impose their character designs and very bizarre scenarios and sometimes something absurd, AND IT DOES VERY GREAT!

La dificultad es bastante desafiante, tiene una curva de aprendizaje muy bien elaborada y que incluso con todos la aleatoriedad nunca se ve alterada de manera negativa, algunas runs pueden ser más fáciles que otras pero esto no significa que la curva de dificultad está mal, todo depende de la suerte que tengas, como en todos los juegos empezamos desde lo más fácil posible y poco a poco va incrementando al dificultad, por lo tanto cada vez aparecerán enemigos más difíciles que junto con los elementos del escenario que te pueden hacer daño crearán una dificultad para que estés al borde de la silla atento a cada detalle.

La aleatoriedad en un videojuego es algo bastante común, es normal que un juego base su sistema de obtención de items en la aleatoriedad, pero algo que tiene The Binding of Isaac que me encanta es que crea tensión antes de abrir un cofre o romper ciertos objetos, de alguna manera logra crear tensión y hacerte pensar "espero que sea el item que quiero", esto también se aplica antes de entrar en una habitación, porque no sabes que te encontrarás al otro lado de la puerta, no sabes si será una habitación con una dificultad bastante elevada, esta aleatoriedad suma muchísimo al factor "rejugabilidad", porque cada run es diferente, tendrás experiencias diferentes en cada run, además que mientras más juegas vas desbloqueando más cosas, la rejugabilidad es un factor que tiene una presencia bastante fuerte en este juego.
Randomness in a videogame is something quite common, it is normal that a game bases its system of obtaining items on randomness, but something that The Binding of Isaac has that I love is that it creates tension before opening a chest or breaking certain objects, somehow it manages to create tension and make you think "I hope it's the item I want", this also applies before entering a room, because you don't know what you'll find on the other side of the door, you don't know if it will be a room with high difficulty, this randomness adds a lot to the "replayability" factor, because each run is different, you will have different experiences in each run, plus the more you play the more things you unlock, replayability is a factor that has a strong presence in this game.
Usamos las lagrimas para atacar en 4 direcciones, las podemos mejorar con los items que vayamos consiguiendo, podemos aumentar el daño, el tamaño, la velocidad e incluso transformarlas directamente en lasers, también podemos obtener poderes que se consiguen con ciertos items, estos poderes van desde lanzar un chorro gigante de lagrimas hasta capturar enemigos para luego usarlos a nuestro favor, hay muchos items que alteran el gameplay, estos items a parte de cambiar nuestra manera de jugar, también cambian el aspecto físico de Isaac.

Hay diferentes mundos en los que transcurren las runs, el sotano, el infierno y muchos más, cada uno con jefes y enemigos únicos, la dificultad de los jefes puede variar, hay jefes que no representan un gran desafío mientras que hay otros que te mantendrán tenso durante toda la pelea, cada jefe tiene distintas maneras de atacar y distintas maneras de ser derrotado.
There are different worlds in which the runs take place, the basement, hell and many more, each with unique bosses and enemies, the difficulty of the bosses can vary, there are bosses that do not represent a great challenge while there are others that will keep you tense throughout the fight, each boss has different ways to attack and different ways to be defeated.
A este juego le he metido muchas horas, es uno de esos juegos a los que les puedes dedicar centenas de horas y no aburrirán, y si te cansas de su contenido original, puedes meterle mods para que sea más variado, hay varios personajes con los que podemos jugar, cada uno con un diseño y atributos diferentes, estos los tendremos que desbloquear, hay también varios modos de juego con los que podemos conseguir más desbloqueables, no hablaré mucho de ellos para dejar que los descubras tu mismo.
