Minecraft - The Uncensored Library mod can best be explained as a video game version of wikileaks. Someone had the genius idea of creating a server to hide information for five different banned journalists from five different countries, namely Saudi Arabia, Vietnam, Russia, Mexico and Egypt.
It's genius and completely something I would have never even to look for, if I wasn't already exploring unique minecraft mods.
How it works? The journalists go into the server and create a book or audio cd that holds information for anyone else entering the server to find. It's a tedious process for sure, but a cleverly disguised infrastructure that is still working today.
For some reason this reminds me of a gameboy game I used to play that allowed notes within the game that I knew no one could ever find. I can't remember what it was exactly, maybe pokemon red.
