¡Hola a todos!
Ya era de hora de desempolvar los viejos habitos y aunque entre todo el trabajo que tengo afuera de Hive tengo algo de tiempo para postear mis pensamientos aqui, hola otra vez! y bienvenido nuevamente a Aperture Science.
y bienvenido a otra de las obras maestras de Valve :)
Este juego es conocido de sobra, creo que el original es algo mas iconico que este por como tomo el mercado por sorpresa pero la segunda entrega tiene mucho mas contenido, ademas de los niveles co-op que estoy muy seguro de que le tengo un post pendiente desde practicamente el inicio de esta cuenta.
Que tan hermoso es que empezamos esta aventura justo donde empezamos el primer juego, solo que todo esta mucho mas cambiado, quiza sea la pintura nueva en las paredes o la nueva decoracion
Me embarque en el modo para un jugador para recordarme de que trata la historia de este segundo juego, estoy seguro que aborda un poco mas los origenes de Glados y Aperture Science pero nunca me habia animado a pasar por los niveles, no se si por que este juego es muy dificil o por falta de tiempo de mi parte, averiguemoslo
Nuevamente somos Cheryl, protagonista del primer Portal en el qu destruimos y escapamos de las instalaciones de Aperture, pero resulta que al destruir a Glados la explosion nos deja inconsientes y algo nos lleva de vuelta a sus instalaciones.
Ahora resulta que despertamos de un periodo de hibernacion para encontrarnos que hemos estado durmiendo por mucho mas de lo que quisieramos, parece que todo ha caido desde que matamos a Glados y ahora tan solo quedan algunos seres rondando las instalaciones.
Uno de ellos es Wheatley, que nos encuentra y nos ayuda a escapar de esta seccion del laboratorio para que nosotros lo saquemos de ahi, desde ahi el camino se parece mucho a lo que fue el primer juego
Entramos a una camara con un puzle para resolver, usando la pistola de portales tenemos que ubicar estos portales de forma en que objetos clave lleguen a sus interruptores o nosotros mismos llegar hasta la salida.
la solucion varia con cada nueva sala de entrenamiento, las primeras son para darnos a entender las diferentes posibilidades que tenemos con estos portales, solo podremos ponerlos en paredes especificas por lo que cada camara tiene su propia configuracion para resolverla.
Este juego es significativamente mas largo que el anterior, hay mucha mas atencion puesta al entorno y los graficos aun hoy me parece que se mantienen bien para el estilo que propone,
pasamos de estar en las instalaciones frias y controladas, casi siendo una rata de laboratorio a algo mucho mas incierto y en lo que debemos abrirnos paso de todas las formas que encontremos.
No soy partidario del enfoque que le dieron al singleplayer de este juego, aun asi es Portal no? es algo mas enfocado en la diversion de los portales y las posibilidades que de brindar algo narrativamente hablando,
y vaya que es divertido de principio a fin pero no lo se, pensaba que me iba a gustar mas de lo que termino gustandome
quiza ya estoy viejo para algunos videojuegos o quiera algo mas, en estos dias estuve jugando The Binding Of Issac y creo que ese es otro juego que si me ha gustado como compartirlo por aca, entre el trabajo y el poco tiempo que tengo espero publicar algo a la semana

It's about time to dust off the old habits and although between all the work I have outside of Hive I have some time to post my thoughts here, hello again! and welcome back to Aperture Science.
and welcome to another of Valve's masterpieces :)
This game is well known, I think the original is a bit more iconic than this one because of how it took the market by surprise but the second installment has a lot more content, besides the co-op levels that I'm pretty sure I have a post pending for it since practically the beginning of this account.
*How beautiful it is that we start this adventure right where we started the first game, only everything is much more changed, maybe it's the new paint on the walls or the new decoration?
I embarked on the single player mode to remind me what the story of this second game is about, I'm sure it deals a bit more with the origins of Glados and Aperture Science but I never had the courage to go through the levels, I don't know if it's because this game is too difficult or because of lack of time on my part, let's find out.
Again we are Cheryl, protagonist of the first Portal in which we destroy and escape from the facilities of Aperture, but it turns out that when we destroy Glados the explosion leaves us unconscious and something takes us back to their facilities.
Now it turns out that we wake up from a period of hibernation to find that we have been sleeping for much longer than we wanted, it seems that everything has fallen since we killed Glados and now there are only a few beings roaming the facility.
One of them is Wheatley, who finds us and helps us escape from this section of the laboratory for us to get him out of there, from there the path is very similar to what was the first game.

This game is significantly longer than the previous one, there is much more attention paid to the environment and the graphics even today seem to me to be well maintained for the style proposed,
We went from being in the cold and controlled facilities, almost being a lab rat to something much more uncertain and in which we must make our way in every way we can find.
I'm not a fan of the singleplayer approach they gave to this game, but it's still Portal isn't it? it's more focused on the fun of the portals and the possibilities than it is on providing something narratively speaking,
and wow it's fun from start to finish but I don't know, I thought I was going to like it more than I ended up liking it.
maybe I'm too old for some videogames or I want something else, these days I've been playing The Binding Of Issac and I think that's another game that I like to share it here, between work and the little time I have I hope to publish something a week.
