Hello gamers, how are you? I hope everyone is doing well. I continue my adventure inside the Metro, and this time with a big surprise and betrayal from the person I thought was my partner, who helped me escape from the Nazi station and then handed me over to the high command of the Communist elite at the Red Station. That's right, Pavel revealed himself as a traitor after we went through that whole fight.
As you know, our main character is the only one who has so far been able to connect with the dark beings that abound in the surface spectrum and who, in some way or another, are still seeking to live on this new contaminated surface full of radiation. These dark beings are apparently much more powerful than the mutant beings that have taken over the surface, so they could have a potential chance of surviving in this new land that is forming.
The high command of the stations, both Nazi and Communist, as well as the one Ayrtom belongs to, are searching for these beings. They believe they are the answer and the beginning of a new war that will bring peace, or rather, control, to some in this new situation humanity is experiencing. So, without knowing it, I was already Pavel's (or Pavon's) military objective at that moment. So, after helping me save my life at the Red Station, it was very easy for him to hand me over to his superiors after buying me a few drinks.
Using practically the same torture methods as the Nazis, they managed to access all my memory banks, obtaining the information I was trying to protect for the Order regarding the dark beings. Luckily, the frustrated son of one of the Generals, in disobedience to his father, helped me escape, which gave me new hope of returning to one of the Order's stations. However, being freed from torture doesn't mean I'm free; I still had to escape the station without being killed or found by Pavel.
So this is where the action begins again. We'll basically follow our instincts to escape through all the facilities occupied by the Red Guard, and this is where we'll have to know how and when to shoot. Always first, observe the landscape, as enemies with long weapons and armor will also be present.
So our priority is to get out alive and mobile enough to reach the other side. A journey that's not over yet. Even though I've eliminated a considerable number of soldiers, the red station is still full of enemies. They're all armed and can be potential targets, and this is something we must destroy to the ground ourselves. So, gamers, I'm trapped in this station. I hope to escape very soon and recount my escape in the next post!
