This stage of the game is a rollercoaster of emotions and adrenaline, where I had to prove my driving skills in a series of challenges that tested my talent and strategy in the game.

In this chapter, the main objective was to complete a Hot Pursuit race in gold. For those not familiar with the term, a Hot Pursuit race involves not only competing against other racers but also evading the police who are trying to stop you at all costs. The pressure is at its peak, with patrol cars and helicopters chasing you while you try to stay ahead. The key to winning in this mode is mastering vehicle control, knowing the map well, and wisely using the available shortcuts.

Achieving gold in this race was no easy task. From the start, the competition was fierce. Every turn and straight required maximum concentration. I made the most of my drifting and turbo skills, which allowed me to gain valuable seconds in each lap. However, what made the difference was the pursuit technologies I equipped in my car before the race. I used the electromagnetic pulses (EMP) to temporarily disable my opponents and the mines to slow down the police at critical moments. Finally, after several attempts, I managed to cross the finish line in first place and thus, obtained the coveted gold.

During this same race, I also had to reach pursuit level 3. This pursuit level indicates how intensely the police are chasing you. Starting from level 1, my first step was to attract police attention, which I easily did by speeding and committing some traffic infractions. Once I had a couple of patrol cars behind me, the real challenge began. Keeping high speed and performing evasive maneuvers were crucial to avoid being caught. To reach level 3, I had to cause as much chaos as possible, crashing into patrol cars and using the pursuit technologies to keep them at bay. After an intense chase over several minutes, I finally reached pursuit level 3, with sirens and red lights flashing at every corner.

The last challenge of the chapter was to destroy a patrol using pursuit technology, and this objective was also achieved during the same Hot Pursuit race. For this, I chose to use the Shock Ram and mines, two extremely effective tools in these situations. The Shock Ram emits an electromagnetic pulse that can temporarily disable nearby vehicles, while the mines are perfect for ambushing the patrol cars coming from behind. I planned my strategy: first, I used the Shock Ram to disorient the pursuers and reduce their speed. Then, in a narrow section of the road, I dropped a series of mines. The result was spectacular; the patrols had no time to react and fell directly into the trap. The explosion and subsequent destruction of the police vehicles ensured I met the objective.

This stage of the game was a true testament to the combination of skill and strategy needed to progress in Need For Speed Rivals. Each completed objective brought me closer to mastering this exciting chapter of "The War Has Begun". The mix of high-speed racing, intense chases, and the tactic of using available tools made this experience unforgettable.

En este capítulo, el objetivo principal era completar una carrera Hot Pursuit en oro. Para aquellos que no estén familiarizados con el término, una carrera Hot Pursuit implica no solo competir contra otros corredores, sino también evadir a la policía que intenta detenernos a toda costa. La presión está en su punto máximo, con patrullas y helicópteros persiguiéndote mientras tratas de mantener la delantera. La clave para ganar en esta modalidad es dominar el control del vehículo, conocer bien el mapa y utilizar sabiamente los atajos disponibles.

Lograr el oro en esta carrera no fue tarea fácil. Desde el comienzo, la competencia fue feroz. Cada curva y recta requerían máxima concentración. Aproveché al máximo mis habilidades de derrape y turbo, lo que me permitió ganar valiosos segundos en cada vuelta. Sin embargo, lo que realmente marcó la diferencia fueron las mejoras y tecnologías de persecución que equipé en mi coche antes de la carrera. Utilicé los pulsos electromagnéticos (EMP) para deshabilitar temporalmente a mis oponentes y las minas para ralentizar a la policía en los momentos críticos. Finalmente, después de varias intentonas, conseguí cruzar la línea de meta en primer lugar y con ello, obtuve el tan ansiado oro.

Durante esta misma carrera, también tenía que alcanzar el nivel de persecución 3. Este nivel de persecución es un indicador de cuán intensamente la policía te está persiguiendo. Al comenzar desde el nivel 1, mi primer paso fue atraer la atención de la policía, lo cual logré fácilmente acelerando y cometiendo algunas infracciones de tránsito. Una vez que tuve a un par de patrullas detrás de mí, el verdadero desafío comenzó. Mantener la velocidad alta y realizar maniobras evasivas fue crucial para evitar ser detenido. Para llegar al nivel 3, tuve que causar el máximo caos posible, chocando contra patrullas y usando las tecnologías de persecución para mantenerlos a raya. Después de una intensa persecución a lo largo de varios minutos, finalmente alcancé el nivel de persecución 3, con sirenas y luces rojas brillando en cada esquina.

El último reto del capítulo era destruir una patrulla utilizando tecnología de persecución, y este objetivo también se logró durante la misma carrera Hot Pursuit. En este caso, opté por usar la Honda de choques y las minas, dos herramientas extremadamente efectivas en estas situaciones. La Honda de choques emite una onda electromagnética que puede deshabilitar temporalmente a los vehículos cercanos, mientras que las minas son perfectas para emboscar a las patrullas que vienen detrás. Planifiqué mi estrategia: primero, utilicé la Honda de choques para desorientar a los perseguidores y reducir su velocidad. Luego, en un tramo estrecho del camino, dejé caer una serie de minas. El resultado fue espectacular; las patrullas no tuvieron tiempo de reaccionar y cayeron directamente en la trampa. La explosión y la subsecuente destrucción de los vehículos policiales me aseguraron cumplir con el objetivo.

Esta etapa del juego fue un verdadero testimonio de la combinación de habilidad y estrategia necesaria para avanzar en Need For Speed Rivals. Cada objetivo cumplido me acercó más a dominar este apasionante capítulo de "La guerra ha comenzado". La mezcla de carreras de alta velocidad, persecuciones intensas y la táctica de utilizar las herramientas disponibles hicieron de esta experiencia algo inolvidable.
