Las batallas son todo un desafío. Contamos con 5 batallas diarias que aumentarán en dificultad a medida que pasemos a la siguiente ronda. Es un juego de turnos, por lo que deberemos utilizar las cartas con inteligencia y creando nuestra propia estrategia.
Esas cartas las iremos ganando al subir de nivel nuestro pirata, así que creo que no es mala idea subirlo, pues iremos agrandando nuestro mazo el cual será muy importante para participar en las batallas "Hard Gaunlet". Estas batallas tienen un nivel de dificultad muy por encima de las normales, pero podríamos obtener mejores ítems. Muchos jugadores recomiendan que empecemos a participar en estas batallas recién en nivel 20, pues de hacerlo antes, tal vez solo logremos ganar hasta la segunda ronda de las 5 que existen.

Estas son solo algunas cartas que he ido obteniendo en esta aventura. Posiblemente el día que tenga una mayor cantidad de cartas, deberé crear un mazo seleccionando las que más me convengan para ganar la partida. Las de coste cero son muy importantes, y pueden llegar a significar la victoria para nosotros.
Otra que considero ideal es la de sangrado. ¿Por qué? Porque llegué a pensar en que si utilizo esta carta, el contrincante en vez de atacarme decida curarse o tal vez quitarse ese sangrado, por lo que podría optar por no utilizar la carta de reparación y sí usar las de agregar AP o tal vez obtener una carta extra al azar en la siguiente ronda.
