Today I want to share a game, Indie, Roguelite, 2D Pixel Art, I've been playing it for a long time, rather years, came out as in 2021, when I saw the trailer I was quite impressed by its frenetic combat, the choice of characters and how to build your character, I know it's not the big thing in the other world, maybe they say it's a simple game, not striking for its graphics .... well no gentlemen... there are certain times that the graphics is not at all, but if you have a good gameplay, as well as its mechanics both combat and build it in the RPG style, variability of enemies, good boss fights and a good story, the balance changes for the better. I want to recommend this game to all of you and it is called “The Skul The Hero Slayer”.

Hoy quiero compartir un juego, Indie, Roguelite, 2D Pixel Art, que llevo hace tiempo jugándolo, mejor dicho años, salió como en el 2021, cuando vi su tráiler me impresiono bastante su combate frenético, la elección de personajes y la forma de como armar tu personaje, sé que no es la gran cosa del otro mundo, tal vez dirán es un juego simple, no llama la atención por sus gráficos… pues no señores… hay ciertas ocasiones que los gráficos no lo es del todo, pero si tiene una jugabilidad buena, al igual con sus mecánicas tanto de combate y armarlo al estilo RPG, variabilidad de enemigos, combates de jefes buenos y una buena historia, la balanza cambia para bien. Quiero recomendar este juego a todos ustedes y se llama “The Skul The Hero Slayer”.

Sin embargo, el protagonista cuenta con una habilidad especial: cambiarse la cabeza para transformarse en un personaje totalmente distinto.

Tambien podemos encontrar calaveras Legendarias, como por ejemplo: La Parca (o la muerte como lo llamen en donde viven) Los Dullahan, (El hombre sin Cabeza) El Lich, (Mago que usa magia de cadenas) y también tenemos personaje que han colaborado con este juego. Hay muchas referencias de personajes ya sean en películas o en otro video juegos, como por ejemplo nuestro carismático protagonista de “Dead Cells”.

Estos NPC cuando los encontramos nos ayudaran siempre cuando caemos en batalla, siempre lo podemos encontrar en el principio del juego osea en el castillo del rey que debemos rescatar, nos darán calaveras que nos podrán ayudar para comenzar bien, ya sea como para combate o para sacrificio y tener huesitos en tu inventario para usarlos en otra calavera y ser más fuerte. Los enemigos van arrojando Cuarzos negros que vamos coleccionando y eso nos ayudara a subir nuestro atributos a nuestro queridísimo “Skul”, como por ejemplo el daño ya sea físico o mágico, los puntos de vida, reducción de enfriamiento y cambios de personajes entre otros.

In Skul: The Hero Slayer we can enjoy a very polished pixel art with a retro aesthetic and a very attractive environment. En Skul: The Hero Slayer podremos disfrutar de un pixel art muy pulido con una estética retro y un ambiente muy atractivo. Cada área está creada con mucho detalle y unos colores llenos de vida que me han atraído bastante, de verdad es bueno el estilo visual. Lo que más destaca en este juego es sin duda las animaciones, la fluidez en la que combinamos todas nuestras habilidades en batalla, el color, el detalle, de cada partícula pixel cuando ejecutamos dicha acción nos dejaran sorprendido, son muchos enemigos que nos toparemos y son un deleite.

En cuanto Batallas de jefes, son buenas las peleas, algunas serán difíciles y otras no de acuerdo como tu vayas armando a “Skul” yo en mi caso me gustan las calaveras de “Poder” son brutales y los combino con velocidad de ataque y defensa con algo de daño, y el resultado es “Glorioso” (desde mi punto de vista por su puesto) también combino calaveras de “equilibrio” como en el caso del personaje que me enamoro y disculpen la exageración, “es el caballero negro” hago el mismo esquema como si fuera el de poder, la única diferencia es que a veces tengo que colocar artefactos que reduzcan el enfriamiento de mis habilidades, son buenos pero tardan en cargar las habilidades y es entendible eso. Cada arma del juego que vayamos obteniendo al igual las calaveras, todas tiene pasivas únicas, y si conseguimos el mismo nombre de pasivas de dicha arma podemos combinarlas y podremos sacar su máximo potencial, sean sabios en escoger eso señores.
Is it worth playing? ¿Vale la pena jugarlo? Pues claro han mejorado muchas cosas en este juego con el pasar del tiempo cuando lo sacaron y se los recomiendo, han mejorado su repertorio tanto en armas y calaveras, son más de 200 armas y muchísimas calaveras únicas, es una experiencia de verdad muy entretenida, pueden ver el tráiler de Youtube y gifs que hice y saquen sus conclusiones, es muy adictivo, si caemos en batalla comenzamos desde cero, aprendemos de nuestros errores y seremos más fuerte.
