As I have experienced several Times when I came to a Restaurant which is located about 32 kilometers from where I live or about 35 minutes by vehicle. The name of the Restaurant is Sate Tegal Bahari.

The location is on the side of the National road, in the city of Cicurug sub-district. Tegal Satay restaurant has been around for quite a long time, the name of a city in Central Java.
I went to this restaurant using a vehicle after arriving, Parked the car and went in to look for a seat, not long after, the waiter came over carrying a book and pen. The waiter asked what would you like to order? I answered and ordered 10 chicken meat satays, 5 goat meat satays, 1 goat soup.
For the drink menu, we ordered hot orange water, tea pot plus sugar, the tea container was Made from earth that had gone through a burning process. The waiter then took the meat the goat is hung directly and the goat meat is then skewered on bamboo which has been Made into small pieces.
After which the Satay is traditional grilled using coconut Charcoal as fuel, waiting for about 25 minutes, what we ordered was served on the table. The seasoning for chicken Satay and mutton Satay was soy sauce, shallots, Cayenne pepper, plus sliced tomatoes, peanut sauce.
After we ate, it didn't take long for me to go to the cashier. The waiter handed me the payment bill, what we ate and paid 169.000,- IDR or ($10,62).
The special menu of this restaurant is goat meat satay,chicken meat satay, goat meat soup and chicken meat soup.
