I love staying at home especially when the weather is humid but sometimes it's also boring. Home Cooked meals are always the best but at times it was tiring to prepare. So one afternoon I decided to go out thinking of withdrawing some cash and to buy yogurt for my son.

While waiting for our turn at the ATM inside the 7/11 he was trying to reach out for bottled soft drinks. I think it was colorful in his eyes.
After, instead of going home we dropped by at the nearest local resto One plate. It was not our first time here but this is the nearest accessible place. After placing an order,
I entertain my son for a while by talking to him. Yet, he was hyper and kept on standing at the chair.
Pushing and pulling the sliding window, checking anything that he sees that is new to him.

And the drinks were served. When my son saw it, he started pointing with matching yelling sounds 🤣. Clearly he wanted some but as much as I wanted him to taste, I didn't let him have colored drinks yet.
Water? I was reluctant as I am sure it's not distilled. His tummy isn't that strong yet.
Food is finally here! I had a plate of spaghetti, burger and fries. Too much? I am so hungry but
How to eat now? I tried to let him sit in his stroller but he was so restless and crying. Without a choice but to dine using only my one hand!
Burger looked yummy with a thick patty but it was also huge to hold with one hand, I need two!
But Caleb says " NO Mama! Eat with you one hand and give me fries!" I did give him but he kept on yelling and mind you it's not only us. There are also groups of customers at the other table. Others were not minding while few were looking at me with different expressions.
Turns out, Caleb just wanted his fries to be dip first in ketchup!🤦♀ I think since he saw what I was doing with mine.
He was like " I wanna try that red thing too Mama! Hurry up.
After a few minutes, I realized that we can't eat in peace so I decided to call the staff to pack my food for take out. Better eat at home 🤣.

It was already a bit dark when we left and my mother in-law was in our house already when we arrived. Her house was under renovation so she took a bath at home. She had a spare key (I intentionally left it to her since I am forgetful at times.)
And she was like, Where have you been Caleb? It's already past twilight. 🤣 Old tradition here, toddlers should not stay outside as soon as the sun sets without any protection on their heads to avoid getting sick.
And I told her what happened at the resto, well maybe next time no dining out for me if I had no companion 🤣.
