Looking at a Lush, Green Garden, overflowing wiht fresh vegetables, you need to remember, this is NOT where it starts out. ...or, where it ends!
Follow along, as I take us on a quick tour, inside and outside, of where my gardens are at the Beginning of the Year, and where they are, at the End of The Year. It's not all Green Gardens, sometimes, it looks dead, but is far from it. Each of those dead looking plants is merely resting, wating for warmer days and warmer nights, and warmer soil, to begin anew!
Most of you know, I prefer locally grown food. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. In fact, I prefer to grow my own food. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking to get fresh foods to my table.
And that makes me smile... better for the planet, better for my own family.
