For those who prefer to watch on YouTube:
ReGrowing Celery From The Kitchen
Over winter, when I move a little bit of my garden growing indoors, I regrow Celery, from Kitchen. Typically, I take a celery stalk, and cut from the end, and place it in water, on a window sill. Soon enough, a bit of celery if growing, and then, it is time to transplant, to grow it under my growlights. Follow along, as I show, how I ReGrow Celery from the kitchen scraps.
Most of you know, I prefer locally grown food. It's healthier for my family, and for the planet. In fact, I prefer to grow my own food. I know what goes into my foods, and what chemicals are NOT in my food. Also, It cuts down on carbon emissions, less trucking to get fresh foods to my table.
And that makes me smile... better for the planet, better for my own family.
Do you grow and store your own food over winter?
