Greetings dear friends of Hive Garden, happy to post in this community. I am a nature lover, I love gardening and I love to see the progress of my garden every day. For this year, before it ends, I have a project in mind, to recover my small garden. I used to take care of it and planted many ornamental plants that were accompanied by others for medicinal use. I was happy to see the variety of plants that attracted butterflies and birds, but one day I got sick and could not continue. The garden has deteriorated since then, however, I am currently planning to recover it and I have already started.
In addition to the aloe vera plants and the Turnera Subulata that has been in my garden for more than a year, I planted a few seeds of Zinnia Elegans, also known as Rosa Mystica or Coqueta. A few days later I began to see sprouts, there were many, I was surprised that the planting was very fruitful. With illusion I hoped that the small embryos were of Zinnia, and yes, I realized it because other herbs that have been born in my garden are purple on the back. I also took the opportunity to plant three specimens of the Cosmos plant, which has beautiful pinnate leaves, as well as flowers that look like small sunflowers.
In addition to the seeds, I planted three Coqueta plants that already had small buds and one flower that was about to fall. As it was already dry, I did not know the colors of the flowers and whether they are double or triple.
The Zinnia embryos are no longer babies, they are already big, just like the Cosmos plants, now I am looking forward to their beautiful flowers. Cosmos will give yellow or orange flowers, in the Coquetas it will be a surpris.
The Coquetas plants opened their buds, two of the three are pink and one has a red to orange tone. I placed a border with several pebbles to demarcate their location.
With the arrival of the first flowers, the visit of butterflies also began.
Since my cousin knows about the recovery of my garden, he brought me some bulbs, he says they are lilies. They still have no flowers and have not progressed since he planted them in the garden.
He also brought me two specimens of Vinca Rosea, one white and the other in lilac. I decided to plant them in a pot that housed what was once a white Vinca Rosea. The change of place and soil stresses the plants, so they looked weak. But then, they reacted and managed to recover. They were not rooted plants, just a couple of branches that managed to “stick” and now they are beautiful.
The flowers of Vinca Rosea are beautiful, but there are other colors, I planted the common ones. Thanks to a neighbor, I got a different Vinca, white with a pink center. The lady gave me a branch with three sections. The plant seemed to be drooping, I was going to lose it, I moved it around in the pot and it didn't react, so I decided to cut it into three parts and it worked. Now I have three of this beautiful specimen.

Instead of grass I prefer lochitas, a very nice invasive grass that has medicinal use, helps brain oxygenation, this will be in charge of dressing the soil of my garden as if it were a beautiful green carpet. It does not require maintenance like grass, so it is perfect. A few were born near the pavement of the entrance and from there we planted a few. You can already see the progres.
Without sowing and surely thanks to pollination, a Crotalaria plant was born, I love its flowers, they are very beautiful, yellow and with a very particular shape. It already had many flowers and several buds about to open, so it looked lush, special for a photo. I also took the opportunity to take pictures of the Turnera Subulata plant, its flowers only open in the morning and at noon.
