My wife and I often go out every morning to walk or run along the beach. This is a good way to get negative ions for the body. Fortunately, the weather is good, it's quite cold and you can feel it in the touch of the wind on your skin.

Negative ions do good things to our bodies. It helps regulate sleep patterns and mood, reduces stress, boosts immune system function, increases the metabolism of carbs and fats, and my favorite was it kills or inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria, viruses, and mold species, such as E. coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and the bacterium that causes tuberculosis.

But researchers also noted that there was no evidence that negative ions could reduce serotonin to help manage anxiety, lower blood pressure, and improve breathing. But for me, it is effective in blood circulation.
After I walked and ran for a kilometer, I noticed small clams. I started picking until I forgot that I was supposed to exercise my body. LOL


I got a lot! This shell is cooked only by boiling, the ingredients are ginger, garlic, onion, pepper, and salt. But before you cook it, you have to soak it in salt-free water for an hour so that it spits out some sand inside the shell.


Boiled for about an hour is enough and it can be mixed with cauliflower and moringa. What is important to me here is its broth. Eight glasses of water are enough to boil it for one hour at 120 degrees.
