. ---------------------Lemon------------------------ I have planted lemon trees in my backyard, which offer various benefits. Lemons are a significant fruit that adds deliciousness to food. They are an excellent source of Vitamin C, which helps strengthen the immune system. Drinking lemon juice also provides the body with Vitamin C. Lemons are used in dishes, salads, beverages, and even to reduce fatigue and stress throughout the day. I try to include lemons in my daily meals. I often use this to prepare lemonade or to make my meal tastier and more tangy.
Lemon is also helpful for weight loss; drinking lemon with warm water or during workouts in the morning aids in weight reduction. It may seem little old school but being born in a Hindu family brings me closer to Ayurveda. According to Ayurveda lemon can be used to treat as a home remedy in multiple health issues commonly including blood pressure,blood sugar levels,gall stones and indigestion. Lemon along with honey and warm water in the morning helps you burn fat exponentially it is na natural fat burner.One can also intake it to reduce Acne.Many popular celebrity add it in their daily routines.
Some researchers around the world claims that some people around the world have vitamin C deficiency ranging 10 to 70 percent. I may be incorrect with the figures but there is no harm in taking our little Lemon.
