I was thinking of pausing this weekly question.
But since it motivates me to write, I won't skip it.
As many already know, I live in a village not far from Novi Sad.
And that's not a problem :) there are many trees, flowers.
The problem is that right next to the village is the Danube River, that is, the embankment from the Danube to the village and then there is an undefended area from flooding that is full of trees but also a lot of water, swamps.
Ideal for mosquitoes.
That's why we in the village are all armed with mosquito nets.
As in the village, I put my mosquito nets up before the season starts and don't take them down until the end of the mosquito season.
The mosquito nets are fixed, because during the mosquito season we don't really have the opportunity to open them often.
Of course, it's not just mosquitoes, there are other bugs too.
So those nets are blocking my view from the window a little bit.
But to sleep peacefully at night, you have to.
The first view I'll show is from the bedroom.
It looks out onto the street.
But in front I have two cypress trees that have branched out so that they block every view.
I love cypress trees and I enjoy them.
The second view is from the living room.
That's where my desk and chair are.
That's where I sit while I write posts.
Right under the window, next to the path, there are sage and mint, so that there are nice floral scents.
A little further on, you can see young cypresses and large cypresses And behind them are roses, whose flowering has passed.
And the third view, perhaps the most beautiful,is from the room we use as a summer kitchen.
Although it is the smallest window of all
It overlooks the terrace, where we spend a lot of time
Of course there is also my son's deck chair, where he regularly manages to take a nap :)
Behind all this you can see the front garden with roses, albizia, sedum and many more flowers.
There is also a large cypress tree under which we are sitting and on the far right in the picture you can also see a fountain.
And finally, a night view from the window by the terrace.
Thanks for reading.
Until next time.
Stay healthy.
