How are you all doing? I hope you all are doing pretty good. I am very happy to write a post here in this community which is all about the benefits of planting ogu leaf at home.
Ogu is a very popular vegetable leaf that people do consume in their daily life. It is very good when we consume it because it give us blood when consume.
It is use has blood Toni. I the hospital if you blood is less it is advice able to consume more ogu.

Some people do twist out the water to a cup, buy peak milk and mixed together with egg and share to their children which is very good.
Good for a child that is bellow three years it is also advise to apply it to their food. So the consume it daily.

Planting this at home, you will have access to it anytime you need it. For example if you are using it to cook rice, you need small quantity of it and if you dont have it, is not possible to go to market because of the small quantity of ogu you need for the rice.

To maintain your ogu farm you need to make sure you weed the farm, if the vegetable needs water you apply it and also to allow it bear fruit you need to carry it up with the help of stick just has you see me doing.

Therefore i encourage everyone to plant it at home. Even though you dont have space, you can also put sand inside bag and plant it there.
