Hi, my dear Hive Gardners!
Today is a great day because the first of my pelargoniums Leona Gallactica has bloomed.
This is really a big joy for me. I haven't added to my pelargonium collection for quite some time and this plant is one of four new ones I bought last fall. Of course, I counted on the honesty of the seller, because when you buy such seedlings, you do not always understand what you are paying for. But luckily everything worked out just fine! I saved the contacts of that girl and hope that this fall I will be able to buy a few more new varieties from her.
My skumpiya Golden Lady turns into a real beauty.
By the way, as for two more scumpies. Last time I complained to you that the nameplates were very poor quality and it was impossible to read what was written there! I rummaged through all my Internet correspondence and I still found it!
So! This is scumpia Cotinus Flamissimo
When it grow uo it will look like this:
And this is scumpia Cotinus Royal Purple
It will look like this:

As you can see, all three shrubs promise to look charming and become a real decoration of the garden, especially in autumn.
And I also want to show off my hosts. I love these plants for several reasons. First, they are very easy to care for. Secondly, they can be perfectly used as border plants and as part of the composition. And thirdly... giant hosts perfectly mask the hole in the design of the fence that my dogs gnawed through! 😁
By the way! Rate my progress in growing a hedge of wild grapes! I planted plants last year. Seems like things are going well.
This plant is especially beautiful in autumn, when the leaves turn bright red.
And finally, my lilac! This year it is especially good. And the smell! The smell is simply divine!
